Hannah Drury
Managing Director
Hannah Drury is a multi-award winning young leader in the care industry. Her interest in the sector comes from her lived experience of being a young carer to both her sister and her step father. She is driven by deep compassion, understanding and a rigorous professional approach. She understands first hand how the life/lives of a person/family can be transformed with the right kind of care and support. With a deeply personal approach Hannah takes an interest in each and every customer. She always asks: “does the quality of our care match what I would expect for my own family member”.
This Caremark office is built around family values and Hannah ensures all our customers and members of staff feel like they are part of the wider family. She says: “We all love what we do and this shows in the kind of service we can offer people in our community. We believe that caring for others is the most precious service any of us can ever offer“.

Debbie Binner
Chairwoman
Debbie Binner is a highly respected communications professional and health campaigner with a background in senior management in the NHS and in central government. She has written a best selling book https://www.amazon.co.uk/Yet-Here-Am-Womans-Story-ebook/dp/B07KC2ZWGC which charts her family’s journey caring for a child with cancer and a husband with motor neurone disease. Debbie now sits on the board of a European organisation that campaigns for innovative treatments for children with cancer and people with rare illnesses. She played a key role in changing regulations around research and drug development as part of Lord Maurice Saatchi’s Medical Innovation Bill.
Debbie and her husband Simon first set up Caremark in 2014 with the mission of providing the best possible family centred care in the area. Her passion is this area is focussed on going above and beyond what is expected and ensuring all care is built around the holistic needs of all of our customers. She is especially focussed on customer involvement in building and improving the service.

Julia
Care Co-ordinator
Julia combines a much sought after skillset of laser focussed professionalism and determination with a huge kind heart. She lives and breathes what is best for her customers!
Like most of our staff Julia has been with Caremark for many years. She was previously a Field Care Supervisor before moving into her role as Care Co-ordinator. She has extensive experience in senior supervisory roles and in ensuring compliance with detailed systems.
Julia has a strong personal affinity with our growing customer base and is dedicated to providing the best professional care that we can to each and every customer. She has strong personal links to the geography of Sutton and to the schools and social institutions within the borough.

Jodie
Care Coordinator
Jodie is a dedicated Care Coordinator with a strong background in both customer service and the care sector. Her journey into care began through personal experience, where supporting a loved one sparked her passion for helping others and inspired her to pursue a career in the industry.
Jodie first developed her professional skills in customer service roles, where she built a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer care. During the pandemic, she made the transition into professional care work, supporting residents in a care home through an exceptionally challenging time. She later expanded her expertise by working with Age UK as a Dementia Wellbeing Support Officer, providing vital support and guidance to individuals living with dementia and their families.
With a blend of personal compassion, professional care experience, and a strong commitment to customer service, Jodie ensures every customer receives person-centred, high-quality support. She is passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives and is proud to be part of a team that shares the same values.

Rukayat
Senior Care Assistant
In December 2022, our team was fortunate to welcome Rukayat as a Senior Field Support Worker, focusing primarily on our children’s services. She has not only bought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role but also an unwavering optimism that has since become a beacon of inspiration for the entire team.
Her calm nature, empathy, and reliability are qualities that are indispensable in care, and particularly in supporting our younger customers which is what you will find Rukayat spending most of her time doing.

Ron
Financial Accountant
Ron Riosa is our Financial Accountant and is responsible for keeping our finances on track and with ensuring that we are compliant and up-to-date at all times. Ron’s background prior to Caremark (Sutton) was as a Fund Accounting Analyst for JP Morgan Bank and prior to that as an Actuarial Analyst for Prudential plc. Ron Riosa holds a degree in Mathematics.

Hunter
Cuddle Buddy
Hunter is a regular in the Caremark offices and will visit those customers who love the company of the friendliest, most loving dog you could ever imagine.
A wagging tail, a smiling face and always up for a cuddle he is an important member of our team.
We do appreciate that not everybody is a fan of dogs – so Hunter is always kept on his best behaviour.
