Managing Director

Rishi Dhot is the Managing Director and proprietor of Caremark (West Berkshire and Reading). He is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of accountancy and investment banking experience working with some of the largest global organisations in finance. His family have been running nursing homes for over 25 years, and Rishi is excited to be spearheading this organisation whose sole focus is providing the highest quality of domiciliary care.

Sylwia Worozbit

Office Manager and Head of Finance

Sylwia is our Finance Manager. She has day to day responsibility for both the smooth running of our office and all financial aspects of the Company. Prior to working at Caremark, Sylwia was working in the financial sector.

Ian Wright

Care Co-ordinator

Ian Wright joined the Caremark Management Team in the summer of 2021 . He previously worked as an Assistant Service Manger in supported living after a loved one of his suggested that he should consider working in care due to his caring and outgoing nature. Ever since then, Ian has enjoyed working in care and when he was made aware about the Care Coordinator role at Caremark he was excited by this opportunity. Ian was particularly drawn to the friendly and open environment at Caremark.

Using his expertise and knowledge about care ,as an experienced Care & Support Worker and Manager, Ian now works with us to schedule visits to our customers that meet the needs of our customers and he is also responsible for recruiting our invaluable Care & Support Workers. Which all contributes to the excellent care that we at Caremark provide.
