Caremark (Wokingham and Bracknell) offer care in the home in a flexible, affordable way to support your own needs. We are CQC registered and are also accredited by our two local authorities: Wokingham Borough and Bracknell Forest Council. Where are we?
Our office is based in the heart of Wokingham Town Centre, in the Market Place alongside the Town Hall, with onsite parking for six vehicles. This great location enables us to interact with the public and also promote local companies or events. There is an open market in this historic town three days a week. Our office has a full view of the market which provides a very comfortable and relaxing working condition. How we support?
Our Home Care service is not just about doing those practical things which may have become difficult. Our Care and Support provision is not just about supporting Customers in the community with leisure activities, travel or errands. It is about the small things. Getting to know our Customers and understanding how they want things to be done; Your beliefs, the things that make you laugh, the things that worry you, your hobbies and skills, right down to exactly how strong you like your tea. All these small things add up to one very important thing - you. And it is valuing the differences in people which is helping Caremark raise standards in the provision of domiciliary care.
