One key thing that makes us different is that we have engaged with our community in numerous on going ways, each time adding a positive vibe, strengthening relationships and encouraging well-being. Our contributions have been both big and small. We support external events and hold talks in the Library, Community Centres, Coffee shops and local Parishes. We have Age UK hold their COG’s clubs in our offices every Thursday to support early onset of Dementia. We are also proud to hold our own “Chattering Chums” coffee morning featuring a surprise guest each month, for the West Kent Befriending Charity to help tackle loneliness.

Who do we support?
Caremark Swale is committed to supporting the elderly community in Swale and surrounding areas. We provide a wide range of support packages for the elderly, cancer patients, those with mental illnesses, dementia, physical disabilities or injuries and even those who simply require some social support.
One of our Directors, Natasha, is a Dementia Champion and an advocate of Dementia awareness, helping to create a Dementia friendly community. Natasha has a key role in training our staff in Dementia so that they can provide specialist care to those living with it. Recently we have launched our own Dementia Café to support the community warden in Staplehurst, held on the first Wednesday of every month in the McCabe centre. This is open to anyone living with Dementia, their or loved ones and the general public who have any questions.
The Swale Team
Our team of care assistants are warm, personable and friendly individuals that are committed and passionate about delivering the highest level of care to our customers.
They are trained to deal with end-of-life care, dementia care, assistance with medication, respite care, complex care, personal care and much more. All our carers and staff are fully vetted with DBS checks. Our carers are trustworthy and truly care about the service they provide.
