Sushmita Shrestha
Managing Director
Sushmita Shrestha, the Managing Director of Caremark Winchester & Eastleigh, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for providing compassionate care to those in need.
Sushmita began her journey in the healthcare field by earning her Nursing degree from Nepal in 2012. Since then, she has been actively involved in nursing, constantly striving to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients.
In 2018, Sushmita started her career in the UK as a Care Assistant, where she gained valuable experience in providing personalized care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Her commitment and dedication to her work quickly earned her recognition, and she progressed to become a Registered Nurse in 2021, joining the esteemed NHS.
Currently, Sushmita serves as an Operating Theater Nurse at Frimley Park Hospital, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operating theater and providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures. Her expertise and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the medical team.
In addition to her medical profession, Sushmita has a creative side. She has a deep passion for henna and arts, and she enjoys practicing and showcasing her artistic skills whenever she can. This artistic outlet not only allows her to express her creativity but also provides a therapeutic escape from the demands of her profession.
With her extensive experience, unwavering dedication, and artistic flair, Sushmita Shrestha is committed to providing the highest standard of care and making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

I am Dr. Bishal Gurung, joint director of Caremark Winchester & Eastleigh and this compassionate and dedicated care team. I have the experience of working in clinical health settings in various roles from care assistant in care homes to doctor’s role in hospitals. I have served in NHS since 2018 until recently. Having recently completed my Master’s in Global Public Health, I bring a blend of heartfelt dedication and fresh insights to enhance the lives of those we serve.
My journey in care is more than a profession; it’s a shared mission to enrich lives with dignity, respect, and genuine affection. Caremark’s ethos as “the mark of excellent care” matches my personality and principles. I am thrilled to join Care mark, this extraordinary team and excited to contribute to our collective journey of making a meaningful difference providing the outstanding care to our customers at the comfort of their own homes.
I am actively involved in various charity organizations. I like to travel, play chess, sudokus and watch football on my leisure time. As a director, I would like to make sure our office team, Care assistants are all well looked after and make sure all our customers receive the help and quality care they need and deserve.
Lorraine Horeman
Care Manager
Lorraine started her career in care 15 years ago as a carer and has worked her way up to Care Manager gaining her qualifications and experience along the way. Lorraine is passionate about helping Customers remain in their own homes. Lorraine started in domiciliary care and worked for many years in the Acquired Brain Injury sector as an Area Manager.

Julie brings to Caremark extensive experience as a Care Coordinator, having fulfilled that role with another local care provider for over 10 years.
