Managing Director

Herkesh has a deep passion for providing compassionate and exceptional care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. He has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to ensuring the well-being and happiness of our staff and customers.

Herkesh’s mission as the Home Care Director is to uphold the highest standards of care and support for our carers, customers and their families. He believes that every individual deserves to age with dignity and maintain their independence as much as possible. He’s dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where our customers and staff feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Sonjha Young

Care Manager

Sonjha joined Caremark in 2021 and has worked within Health and Social Care for over a decade. She has been a Carer, Care Coordinator and Registered Care Manager. Sonjha said, “I have always found it very rewarding to work in social care and always maintain a constant focus on high quality care delivery and customer service”.

Sonjha has completed her Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care, Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management, Level 2 in The Principles of Dementia Care, and many other distance learning courses to further her skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector. Sonjha is a trained trainer in Medication Administration, Dementia, End of Life, Moving and Handling of people, Safeguarding Adults, Basic Life Support and CPR and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Sonjha is confident that she can bring her skills, knowledge and experience gained over the years together with her passion for high quality care and support to the forefront of the business to help Caremark Solihull strive to become the provider of choice within the Solihull Borough.

Chloe Brown

Care Coordinator

Chloe joined Caremark as a Care Assistant in early 2022 before progressing to the role of Care Coordinator. Chloe has built positive working relationships with both customers and her colleagues and feels that this aids her in having greater understanding of customer needs and what works best for them, as well as her colleagues, in order to continue delivering a high quality standard of care. 

Chloe is completing her level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care to further progress in her role and is determined to use this knowledge to support the business in maintaining effective support to individuals and make a difference!

Kiran Aftab

Field Care Supervisor

Kiran started her career in care as a carer with Caremark.  Soon she progressed to becoming the Field Care Supervisor. She is dedicated and determined to provide service of a high standard and looks forward to engaging with her customers on a personal level.

Kiran is confident her interpersonal skills can enable her to approach care specially formulated for an individual’s needs and will continue to provide her support every step of the way.  She is further enhancing herself by completing her level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care so that she can excel with her deliverance of service. Kiran has a very good rapport with all the team and believes support and understanding towards her team members is just as important as it is for customers.

She is certain to leave a positive impact on all those she interacts with along the way!
