About Us
Caremark Peterborough is a domiciliary care provider offering support and companionship to residents in the local area to enable them to remain living independently in their own homes within their own communities. We work with our customers to ensure they have full choice and control to live their life the way they choose. All care and support delivered is planned and tailored to suit the individual, therefore no two support packages are the same.

Our Services
We offer services such as personal care, medication support, food preparation and cooking, domestic tasks and cleaning, pet care, companionship services, support to access healthcare appointments, visits to the community, shopping, outings and group activity engagement.

Our Staff
Our support staff are selected not only by experience, but also on their personal values, compassion and integrity. We will then match staff to our service users based on interests and personalities. Because of this robust selection process, our high quality staff deliver friendly, dignified and respectful care, while encouraging individuals to remain as independent as possible. Our service users are then introduced to the staff members that will be working with them before their care commences.

Our Goals
Caremark Peterborough have a shared passion for delivering the highest standard of care. This is achieved through a bespoke training package and support for new staff, ongoing mentoring of staff and encouraging them to develop and achieve their full potential. We also ensure there is continuous quality monitoring and gain regular feedback from people who use the service and staff so we can drive improvement within the company.

Our Community
Alongside this work, we are very proactive in keeping connected with the local community. Our management staff are registered with the Alzheimer's Society "Dementia Friends" scheme, as well as a Dignity in Care "Dignity Champion".
We attend events, support fundraising for charities, and hold our own events to raise money or awareness for good causes. If you would like us to get involved with your event or you are looking for a sponsor, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it. Any upcoming events will be posted on our "News" page.
