Who is the care enquiry for?

Because You Matter

Multiple Award winning Caremark (Harrow) believes in giving clients the best experience you deserve BECAUSE YOU MATTER!

We offer you or a loved one full support within the familiar and comfortable surroundings of your own home yet maintaining your dignity, respect and your much valued independence.

At Caremark (Harrow), we can support you with your personal care needs, such as bathing, showering, toileting, dressing plus support you with getting up in the morning or with getting ready for bed time.  We can support you with your shopping or any other outings you feel you might like to have support with eg: swimming, going to the cinema, day centre, place of worship or to any other social religious or cultural activity of your choice.  We can also accompany you to GP, Hospital or other appointments if you need somebody to support you with that.

We can provide carers for companionship or to offer respite to family members who do the main caring.

We cover the following areas:  all parts of Harrow, Wealdstone, Harrow Weald, Stanmore, Canons Park and Queensbury, Hatch End, Pinner and Kenton.
So Why Choose Caremark?

At Caremark Harrow we believe in the importance of having a team of care and support  workers from a variety of cultures and backgrounds so that you may experience the highest level of support by care workers who understand your own own language and  cultural or religious sensitivities.

Because You Matter, we insist on punctuality, reliability and dedication from all our support workers. We carefully match your care and support worker, this means that you can  ensure you feel comfortable and have the best opportunity of forming a mutually rewarding and professional relationship with them.  All our Care and Support Workers are caring and sensitive to the needs of others and once your support worker has been matched, they are permanently allocated to you so as to ensure the continuity of your care needs and in turn give you the highest standard of support you deserve.

We understand that each client will have their own specific needs, which means that your support will be tailored to your bespoke requirements.

We work in partnership with various organisations in the London Borough of Harrow, including Harrow Association for the Disabled, Harrow Mencap, Central and North West London Mental Health Trust, Harrow Council Social Services as well as both NHS Harrow CCG and NHS Barnet CCG in caring for some of the clients whom they support.  We are experts in all aspects of personal budgets/direct payments which means we are fully aware of how the local authority operate the funding system.

We also provide Live-In support for clients who choose to live independently in their own homes rather than move into a residential care home but want the extra assurance of a person around for their safetly and/or assistance. The full range of duties that our Live In carers undertake are detailed on the main Caremark website.

Our Care and Support Workers

All our Care and Support workers reflect the various cultures and languages that are spoken by the population in the London Borough of Harrow. We have a great team of carers that speak a number of languages apart from English, such as Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Arabic.

All our care and support workers are very carefully vetted by us before they come into contact with our customers. They undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check as well as detailed and thorough training in various aspects of care and safety.
