Professional, flexible care and support in your own home
Caremark (Enfield) provides top-quality home care to adults throughout Enfield. Our carefully vetted and fully trained staff can provide anything from a few hours care a week to full-time live-in care.
Who we can help
We offer care and support to adults of any age who need some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably. This could include:
- Older people, including those with dementia
- People with a physical disability or learning disability
- People requiring support after an illness or stay in hospital
- People requiring end-of-life care.
How we can help
We can provide anything from a few hours care a week to full-time, live-in care. Your care and support package will be tailored to your own personal needs, respecting your individual wishes and promoting your independence. It could include:
- Help getting up and getting dressed
- Help with personal hygiene
- Assistance with medication
- Preparation of meals
- Housework and shopping
- Accompanying you to appointments, such as to the GP or hospital
- General companionship - someone to chat to over a cup of tea.
These calls may take anything from 30 minutes and may include longer calls while a regular carer is out or we can send someone to stay with you overnight for real peace of mind.
Or we can match you to one of our highly trained and qualified Live-in carers.
Whatever your needs, we will match you with the right Care and Support Worker to help you.

Paying for your care
Some of our customers pay for their care privately; some receive funding from the Local Authority in the form of Direct Payments to help pay for their care.
After discussing your individual needs with you, we will consult with you to put together a care package that suits your budget. We will provide you with a clear charging structure and send you invoices every four weeks for care that has been provided. We prefer to help you set up a Direct Debit but, in some circumstances we can accept payments by debit card or direct bank transfer.
