Our aim at Caremark (Ealing) is to provide excellent and competent care service to all our clients in the London Borough of Ealing who choose to remain living in their own homes.
We recruit our Care and Support workers after having gone through the rigorous recruitment process for which Caremark is renowned. They also have to pass the statutory vetting procedures prescribed by the Care Quality Commission.
Thanks to our committed management and lovely care staff, we are proud to be able to offer a broad range of home care services that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Our core activities are described in this section of our website.
There's no real limit to the type of home care support that we can offer you. Whether you just need occasional help with your shopping, or 24-hour support with your personal care, we can do it for you.
We offer availability and flexibility is built-in to our working systems, so our carers can visit you at times that suit your lifestyle, and those visits may be varied whenever you wish. We are available 365 days of the year, and up to 24 hours a day. Whether you need two hour-long visits every day or just a 30-minute visit once a week, we can accommodate your needs.
We do not exclude any client group. All our care workers are fully trained, so you can be confident of receiving expert professional help - and your carer will be selected for their personal competence in dealing with your specific care needs.
We even care for carers! You may be surprised to learn that we can provide support to people who are caring for someone else. So if you're a carer who sometimes wants a short break to recharge your batteries, or from time-to-time needs an extra pair of hands to catch up with chores, talk to us and we'll work out the best way to help you.
Whatever your needs might be, we, at Caremark (Ealing), are confident we can meet the challenge to your utmost satisfaction.
