Moni Fasesin

Registered Care Manager

Moni used to work at the Department of Child Health of The Royal Free Hospital as Special Educational Needs and Community Peadiatric Service Coordinator, Hampstead, London, from where she resigned in April 2013 to take up the Care Manager role at Caremark Ealing. Prior to that she was a Health Care Assistant at the same hospital between 1993 and 1997. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Social Care and a Certificate in Managing Care of the Open University.

She is also a volunteer community coach for Home Start Barnet supporting families in the London Borough of Barnet.

Adebowale Adetayo (Debo)

Deputy Care Manager.

Adebowale Adetayo, a graduate of Accounting and Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles and organizational management. We are confident that Adebowale will bring valuable expertise and a fresh perspective to our team. His academic background, coupled with his professional experience, positions him well to contribute meaningfully to our operations and the delivery of exceptional care.

Michale is a graduate of Mathematics and Statistics, a background that has equipped him with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. By combining his academic knowledge with practical experience in health and social care, he is committed to improving service quality, supporting care teams, and promoting positive outcomes for service users.

He is a dedicated and experienced care professional with a strong foundation in health and social care. Michale began his career with Caremark as a Healthcare Assistant, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Through his hard work, commitment, and passion for delivering high-quality care, he progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, where he oversees care planning, staff coordination, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure clients receive safe, effective, and compassionate support.

Olugbenga Diji

Care Coordinator

Olu Diji is an experienced professional with a diverse career background spanning banking, healthcare, and operations management. He holds a degree in Economics. He also has an MBA in Finance from the University of Hertfordshire. He began his career in the banking sector as a Credit Officer a9nd progressed to the role of Business Development Officer. Over a career spanning more than 14 years, he developed extensive expertise in customer relationship management and business development.

Driven by a passion for supporting individuals and improving care outcomes, Olu transitioned into the health and social care sector, joining Caremark as a Support Worker. Through his dedication and commitment to excellence, he advanced into Care Coordinator and Compliance Training roles, where he has played a significant role in enhancing staff capabilities, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Olu’s core areas of expertise include care planning and coordination, staff development and training. He is committed to continuous improvement and to delivering high-quality, person-centred services that make a meaningful and positive impact on individuals and communities.

Marlene has been a valued member of Caremark for almost a decade, building a strong foundation in care delivery after starting her journey as a Care Assistant. Through dedication, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence, she progressed into the role of Senior Supervisor, developing extensive experience in managing complex care needs and supporting high-quality service delivery.

Her strong attention to detail, confidence in handling challenging situations, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances have been recognised by senior management. With a compassionate approach, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of leadership, Marlene brings valuable experience and a commitment to supporting both clients and care teams.

Sarab’s diverse experience has also strengthened her organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, allowing her to confidently support both clients and care teams while adapting to a range of needs and circumstances.

In addition to her care and professional experience, Sarab holds a qualification in Computer Aided Design, further demonstrating her technical ability, creativity, and willingness to develop a broad range of skills. Olubukola is a graduate of Banking and Finance, with a diverse professional background spanning financial services, healthcare, and business management. She began her career as an Account Officer within an insurance brokerage firm, where she developed strong administrative, analytical, and customer service skills. She later progressed to work within an established hospital environment, gaining valuable experience in leadership, coordination, and service delivery.

Olubukola further expanded her professional experience in social care, by working with Caremark as a Health Care Assistant and Support Worker. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to delivering high-quality care led to her progression into the role of Field Care Supervisor. In this position, she continues to demonstrate excellence by providing person-centred care, supporting clients with their individual needs, and effectively managing the challenges faced by both clients and care staff on a daily basis.

Sabah holds a BA (Honours) in Human Resources, providing a strong foundation in people management, workforce development, and organisational effectiveness. This combination of care expertise and HR knowledge enables her to mentor staff effectively, maintain high standards of service delivery, and foster a positive, supportive working environment.

Sabah is a dedicated and compassionate Field Supervisor, bringing extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Having progressed from a Care Worker role, she offers a deep understanding of person-centred care and the day-to-day challenges faced by both clients and care staff.
