The Caremark team in Dartford and the Gravesham Team covering is proud to be award-winning, having achieved second place for Business of the Year at the Gravesham Business Awards and several honours at the Kent Care Awards. We believe in investing in our people through ongoing training led by our house trainer. Our care assistants regularly complete additional courses on topics such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis to ensure they deliver the best possible support.
Every member of our care team is carefully vetted and matched to each customer’s individual needs. We also provide a small, consistent team of carers to ensure continuity and familiarity in your daily care. Regular supervision and ongoing support help us maintain the highest standards across every service we deliver.

Raspinder Singh
Managing Director
Before setting up the Dartford and Gravesham office, Raspinder worked in financial services carrying out various analytical roles. His desire to do something more meaningful led him towards Caremark and the industry. He would never look back and hope to continue creating positive change in the industry.
During the early stages, he was heavily involved in delivering care, marketing, payroll, and everything in between. Now his role focuses more on business development, marketing, strategy, and finance. No day is the same and every day presents its own challenge, but they have a great team that treats each other like family and really care about what they do. He loves watching people come together for a common goal.
Just like his business partner and wife, he loves food and the punishing gym workouts that come after. He likes to travel and spend time with friends and family, especially his 4-legged family member (Reece the German Shepherd).

Gursh Baryah
Managing Director
After several years working in the Insurance industry, Gursh recently left the City to join the Caremark team. She has a broad range of knowledge, including extensive Client Relationship Management experience. Working for a large multinational organisation in a variety of roles, she has learned many transferrable skills and she is looking forward to applying these to effect positive change within the Care Sector.
As one of the director’s of the business, she works closely with Raspinder on their business strategy. They are always looking to ensure we excel in the service they deliver to our customer’s. Gursh’s primary focus is on the business operations and marketing and recruitment strategies to promote business development. She always wants to make a positive difference and going forward, they are hoping to engage more with the local community and charities to support those in need.
Gursh loves keeping active but also is a massive foodie! She enjoys keeping up her Spanish and has lessons once a week. Fun fact: She lived in Prague for a year as part of a University exchange programme.

Abbie Ellis
Care Manager
Abbie is the Care Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance for Caremark Medway, Dartford & Gravesham. She has worked with Caremark since 2020 and has progressed from being a Care assistant to a Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Care Manager and now our Registered Care Manager.
Abbie has learnt a tremendous amount whilst working at Caremark and with other care providers. Abbie is hugely passionate about ensuring we deliver the best service and standards of care to our customers. Her focus is always on quality and ensuring we do everything possible to support our clients and make a positive difference to their lives. Abbie is a real credit to the team and our customers.
Abbie’s 4 legged friend (Bailey) makes the occasional appearance at the offices too!

Lisa York
Care Coordinator
Lisa joined our care team in 2022 and showed strong leadership skills right away. Lisa joined the care industry after experiencing care for a loved, having seen others delivering quality care, Lisa wanted to give back and provide others with exceptional care. Her years of experience in different care settings, means that she is a real asset to the team and offers a wealth of knowledge.
Lisa works in Care Coordination team, providing exceptional customer service and making sure our clients and carers have what they need to receive and deliver quality care. Our care team describe Lisa as being extremely approachable and supportive.

Stacey Graham
Training and Recruitment Coordinator
Stacey started working in the care industry after leaving school. Having worked in numerous care settings, Stacey decided to join the Caremark team. She is passionate about quality care and making a difference and always brings a smile!
Stacey is responsible for managing the recruitment process across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. More recently Stacey has also taken on responsibility for training as well, including induction training for all new starters and ongoing training for existing staff. She is a kind and bubbly personality, which really resonates with potential staff and she has proved to be a valuable member of the team.

Catherine Drew
Care Coordinator
Catherine joined the Caremark team, having worked in the care industry previously and most recently for the emergency services. Catherine is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service is a great advocate for Caremark to both clients and carers. Catherine is always extremely patient and and one of her greatest strengths is her ability to stay calm, no matter what.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys socialising, reading, playing badminton (she has only played once) and walking her beautiful doggy ‘Reggie’.
Fun fact : Catherine’s name was mentioned in one of the sketches in ‘Little Britain’.

Zoe Jones
QA and Compliance Assistant
Zoe started working with Caremark part-time, assisting us with our quality assurance and compliance. Zoe has worked as a Care assistant at a number of different providers and supports us in reviewing the performance of our care team, and providing feedback to help them improve. Zoe is a real team player and gets stuck in, helping wherever she can.
Zoe is a mother of one, and brings young George to visit us in the office occasionally.
Stacey Chambers
Field Care Supervisor
Stacey has worked in community care and in a care home setting for many years. Wanting to further her knowledge and work in a management setting, Stacey joined our team as a Field Care Supervisor in 2024. Stacey has quickly developed into the role and proves a valuable member of the team.
