Laura is the Care Coordinator for Nuneaton & Bedworth. She has worked in domiciliary care for 12 years as both a care assistant and care coordinator. Laura thrives in being part of a team that delivers a high standard of care and making a difference to people’s lives.

Natalie White

Care Coordinator

Natalie is the Care Coordinator for Radford and Coundon, Tile Hill. She joined Caremark initially as a care assistant before progressing to care supervisor, then followed this by becoming a care coordinator. She enjoys working within the care sector and has the passion and drive to ensure care is delivered to the highest standards, ensuring a person centred approach is maintained.

Tammy Watters

Finance Manager

Tammy has worked in domiciliary care for over 19 years, she started as a care assistant and progressed to HR. Tammy enjoys being part of a team that delivers care to the highest standard, making a difference to people’s lives. Tammy recently took up a new position of Finance Manager within the company. She finds business, finance and economics fascinating and the more she learns the more she wants to know. This is something she can now put into her new role.
