As a care assistant in Cambridge, you will support customers with daily tasks, companionship, personal care, and routines that help them stay independent. Every customer is different, so every day brings a new chance to make someone feel valued, respected, and cared for.
About the Role:
As a care assistant in Cambridge, you will support customers with daily living tasks, companionship, and personal care. You will work as part of a local team that values kindness, respect, and safe care.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant in Cambridge:
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with personal care
- Supporting customers with medication
- Assisting with food shopping and errands
- Helping with light household tasks
- Supporting customers with pets
- Encouraging independence at home
- Helping customers follow daily routines
- Keeping clear and accurate care records
- Communicating with team members and office staff
- Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care
No previous experience in care is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Benefits Include:
- Salary: £15 per hour and £30 per on public holidays.
- Up to 20 days of paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays
