Matthew is someone who has had a passion for domiciliary home care from young. He has many years of social care experience, accompanied by a BSc in Health and Social Care, BSc in Health and Social Policy, Certificate in Healthcare Management, a Diploma in Business Administration, NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management a qualified healthcare trainer and a minister of religion in his community.
Matthew is very involved in his community and this is what encouraged him to become part of the Caremark franchise.

Care Manager
Nigist is an experienced and dedicated Care Manager with over 9 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Through her academic achievements and hands-on experience in various roles, she has developed a strong foundation in health and social care.
Nigist holds a qualified nursing degree, which provides her with the clinical expertise and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of needs. Her commitment to ongoing professional development led her to successfully complete a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which equips her with advanced leadership and management skills in the healthcare environment.
As a Care Manager, Nigist is passionate about promoting the dignity and independence of those in her care. She excels in managing teams of caregivers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her leadership style is supportive and collaborative, which fosters a positive working environment and encourages staff to reach their full potential.

Care Co-ordinator
Emmanuel is an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator with 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He holds a BSc degree in Economics, a Level 2 Certificate in Financial Studies, and a Level 4 Diploma in Computing and Computer Science. His diverse academic background enables him to bring a unique blend of financial, analytical, and technical expertise to his role in care coordination.
In his role, Emmanuel excels at managing personalized care plans, coordinating between healthcare teams, and ensuring that patients receive the right support at the right time. His strong organizational and problem-solving skills have allowed him to streamline care processes and enhance service delivery in healthcare environments.

Field Care Supervisor
Meet Tubonimi, our dedicated Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Barking and Dagenham. With extensive experience as a care and support worker, Nimi is committed to providing comprehensive client support that promotes overall wellness. Skilled in assisting with daily living activities and community engagement, Nimi excels in maintaining organized living spaces and documenting behaviors to ensure personalized care for each client. She is also adept at team building, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance the quality of care provided.
In addition to her caregiving skills, Nimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. She has completed specialized training in Acquired Brain Injury, Caring for Someone with Epilepsy, Safeguarding Adults, and other relevant areas, further enhancing her expertise in providing high-quality care.

Nadia started out as the first carer of Caremark Barking and Dagenham and has been crucial in the growth and success of the business. She is very hard working and is very dedicated to all our clients, with lots of feedback to back this up! She has progressed to become the Senior Carer of Caremark Barking and Dagenham.
Navpreet Kaur
Senior Carer
Navpreet holds a Master’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Education, showcasing her passion for both business and teaching. She began her career as a teacher, specializing in commerce subjects, where her student-centered approach and ability to simplify complex topics made her a respected educator.
For the past three years, Navpreet transitioned into caregiving, working as a professional carer. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with dementia, providing both physical care and emotional support. Her empathy, patience, and commitment to improving others’ well-being define her work in both education and care.
Navpreet’s philosophy is rooted in service. She always strives to make a positive impact in every role she takes on.
