I have a compassionate personality, with an unwavering desire to serve my community. This drew him to Caremark, where care is at the centre of everything we do.

My commitment, and motivation, focused around caring for and managing people was key to my previous successful career in the NHS. The high standards and excellence cultivated in a near two decades of NHS experience underpin the services we deliver to our customers at Caremark Thurrock. Ensuring that we are constantly engaging our local community to support those who choose to live in their own homes and need world class care.

I am dedicated to the continual development of my team to ensure every customer and their family experience the best quality person-centred care, with compassion.

Managing Director

I started my career within the NHS and remaining in the sector because my greatest motivation has always been about providing care for people.

Over the years it has become evident to me that it’s not just about providing care but about ensuring that this is done in the right setting. Providing Care at home has enabled people to remain in the comfort of their own homes where they have built cherished memories with loved ones. My goal is to continue building on this and support people in my community in receiving exemplary care at home, improving outcomes and knowing they are valued and cared for by the best.

Janetta Wynn

Care Manager

Jan is a highly motivated and results-oriented Registered Care Manager with over 20 years’ experience within the care sector. She has extensive experience in leading and managing domiciliary care services, improving service delivery, and maintaining high standards of care in line with CQC requirements.

Jan is passionate about providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. My vision as Care Manager for Caremark Thurrock is to build a service based on quality, where customers feel valued and supported in their own home, and where staff feel confident, well trained, and proud of the care they deliver.

Jan is committed to ongoing professional development, currently studying Level 7 in Senior Leadership to hone her knowledge and skills around business development and organisational structure and culture of running a successful company. She believes that personal growth and development bring out the best qualities in individuals and helps them achieve their goals in life.

Jan has a proven track record in staff development, compliance management, safeguarding, and quality assurance, with successful outcomes in CQC inspections, customer satisfaction, and service improvement.
