Home Care in Thanet
Personalised home care in Thanet
Our Approach
Caremark Thanet has been providing home care throughout Thanet since 2012. More recently, we have started to provide care in the Canterbury district. We are resolute in our belief that ‘there’s no place like home.’ Our focus is on providing a service that allows you to live in your home for as long as you are able.
Our approach focuses on care as a partnership; therefore, it is of the first importance that you have every opportunity to be fully involved in your care. Your decisions are paramount, and we will do all we can to give effect to them whilst complying with the regulatory framework that governs domiciliary care.
We are committed to providing a service that is professional, yet friendly; where the trust we build with you is as important as the quality of the care we deliver, and where everything we do is built on the foundation of respect for your human dignity.
Caremark Thanet is a community engaged organisation. We are part of the local business community and work with a significant number of Thanet and East Kent businesses. We are also part of the wider Thanet and East Kent communities and over the years we have raised funds for various causes. We are particularly proud of our ‘Make Ellie Count’ campaign.

Our Care Services
We offer the following care services in our community and would welcome a call to discuss how we can help you.
Social Services Customers
We can provide care for you if you are funded through social services. Social services may not always be aware of the capacity that we have to take on new customers. So, before you contact social services, why not give us a call first and see what capacity we have available in your area.
You have a right to choose your care provider. If you are funded through social services you will have a personal budget. You can ask for this personal budget in the form of a direct payment. This allows you to buy your care from the provider of your choice. For more information see this article.
