Care Assistant
Our Care assistant would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. Our Care Assistant would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
Principal Responsibilities
Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:
- Help with washing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Support with daily routines
- Respite services
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community

Field Care Supervisor
Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd part-time field care supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional hours of care hours paid separately .
Whether you are currently a Care and Support Worker looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking company or maybe you’re a Senior Care Assistant looking to progress within your career, we want to hear from you. All we ask is that candidates have previous hands-on experience within home care/On call and hold a Full Driving Licence.
Care Supervisor responsibilities include:
- To carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers
- To carry out introductory visits
- To ensure all customer visits are always covered. Hold the on-call phone to support the Care Assistants in case of any query and any calls to be covered
- To provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate
- To monitor, supervise and mentor all Care Assistants in the field
- To ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
Being part of a team with 2 other supervisors there is requirement to be part of the on-call rota which is scheduled in advance.
