He has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to ensuring the well-being and happiness of our staff and customers.

Herkesh’s mission as the Home Care Director is to uphold the highest standards of care and support for our carers, customers and their families. He believes that every individual deserves to age with dignity and maintain their independence as much as possible. He’s dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where our customers and staff feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Sonjha Young

Care Manager

Sonjha joined Caremark in 2021 and has worked within Health and Social Care for over a decade. She has been a Carer, Care Coordinator and Registered Care Manager. Sonjha said, “I have always found it very rewarding to work in social care and always maintain a constant focus on high quality care delivery and customer service”.

Sonjha has completed her Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care, Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management, Level 2 in The Principles of Dementia Care, and many other distance learning courses to further her skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector. Sonjha is a trained trainer in Medication Administration, Dementia, End of Life, Moving and Handling of people, Safeguarding Adults, Basic Life Support and CPR and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Sonjha is confident that she can bring her skills, knowledge and experience gained over the years together with her passion for high quality care and support to the forefront of the business to help Caremark Solihull strive to become the provider of choice within the Solihull Borough.

Chloe Brown

Care Coordinator

Chloe joined Caremark as a Care Assistant in early 2022 before progressing to the role of Care Coordinator. Chloe has built positive working relationships with both customers and her colleagues and feels that this aids her in having greater understanding of customer needs and what works best for them, as well as her colleagues, in order to continue delivering a high quality standard of care. 

 

Chloe is completing her level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care to further progress in her role and is determined to use this knowledge to support the business in maintaining effective support to individuals and make a difference!

Louise Cummings

Field Care Supervisor

We’re delighted to introduce Louise Cummings, our Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Solihull.

Louise joined Caremark in 2026, bringing with her an impressive 14 years of experience in Health and Social Care. She began her career as a Care Support Worker in domiciliary care, where she quickly discovered how rewarding it is to support people in their own homes and make a real difference to their daily lives. This passion for delivering high standards of quality care has remained at the heart of her work throughout her career.

Highly qualified and committed to professional development, Louise has completed her QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care alongside a Healthcare Management Degree at Levels 4, 5 and 6, as well as numerous additional training courses over the years. Her strong academic background, combined with extensive hands-on experience, enables her to support both clients and care staff with confidence and compassion.

Louise is proud to bring her skills, knowledge and experience to Caremark Solihull, where she plays a key role in ensuring our care services remain safe, effective and person-centred. She is dedicated to supporting our care team and maintaining the high standards our clients and their families expect and deserve.
