We love our customers, and they seem to love us too!
I have found working with Caremark an absolute delight.
They have been efficient in setting up care for a complex package and have provide consistent and clear communication throughout. It has been extremely useful having a point of contact with the Team Leader, Kirsty, however I know if I ring the office there will always be a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
Caremark have overcome and navigated through a number of challenges when taking on a new client.
All staff show a real passion for the role and care and dedication towards the clients.
Thank you for all the care and support you not only provide the client, but their families and professionals!
I just wanted to raise for your attention the fabulous work your team do and the difference they have made, particularly Lydia and the team she has coordinated for the care of a young person recently.
I have a young person on my caseload who has complex epilepsy and anxiety around this, as well as other physical and learning needs. This young person had not attended school for over a year, was wholly dependent on her mother 24/7 and couldn’t leave the house. This left the both of them incredibly isolated, and without any help the mum couldn’t even go to the supermarket.
In the few weeks Caremark staff have been going in we’ve seen such a massive difference; The young person is now accepting support from your staff in a morning, she is allowing mum to go out to the shops and has even accessed places like big apple. This doesn’t sound like much but for this person is such a momentous achievement. It has made the world of difference for the mum too who seems to have a fresh lease of life thanks to the periods of rest.
Our staff were full of nothing but praise for your wonderful staff last week. We can’t thank you enough for all of your support in making the residential a huge success for CG.
Here is some feedback from our Y6 lead:
Sophie, Abbey and Kelly did an excellent job on residential. Together we established a good system of communication whereby they were able to relate to us if there were concerns re CG’s ability to access something, her energy levels or the impact of any equipment-related issues, which meant it could then be swiftly dealt with. Equally they responded quickly and effectively to our queries and communications regarding plans and itineraries. They struck a great balance between listening to CG’s doubts and worries but also encouraging her to trust the provision and try new things – they played a big part in CG’s eventual success in ascending up the abseiling tower and then coming down again. It was a pleasure to have them as part of the team and their positivity was greatly appreciated.

I feel Caremark work really well with the children’s continuing care team. We have a good level of communication and I value the regular catch-up meetings which gives us both the opportunity to raise and discuss any concerns or issues and allows us to work together to achieve the best outcomes for the children and young people.
Previous issues with communication between some families and Caremark have been resolved with good outcomes and any Issues with individual packages are dealt with promptly and are communicated to the CCG team as necessary and in a timely way. Caremark staff work hard to overcome any problems with individual families and take on board feedback in a constructive way to resolve issues.
I find Caremark incredibly flexible in their services and their ability to adjust packages at short notice. I also appreciate Caremark’s honesty if they do not think a package is right for them to take on. Even though there are ongoing nationwide problems with recruitment, Caremark have been consistent in their ability to deliver packages throughout.
Shout out to Diane, Kirsty and Sharon who are always friendly and accommodating when I need them and work hard to deliver an excellent service.
Great feedback from Wisewood School, where one of our customers attends every day. Our Welfare Officer Jade attended a joint meeting and was delighted to hear such positive feedback in relation to the two staff supporting our customer. Comments included ”the staff are so very natural and very positive, and their attitude shines- nothing was ever too much trouble”. Finally, the team commented that our Support Workers ”were a real credit to Caremark”.
We ‘ve passed the feedback on to our amazing staff and they are thrilled!
Everything is great with Caremark so far, I have regular Support Workers who visit me 3 times per week and have helped me to do things that I love doing. I’m also really enjoying the Sunflower Competition that Caremark set up- my sunflower is getting really big. I feel happy with everything and can’t fault the service at all.

I’m currently working at Caremark and it’s completely different to my previous role in care with a different company. The training is excellent. It’s the most rewarding job I’ve had. I’ve been given regular hours which is what I asked for, the case leaders phone me regularly to check in and see if I’m getting on alright. So far my experience is great.

‘My daughter got on great with your Support Worker who she met for the first time last week, P went straight out in the car with the Support Worker and then when she supported again the 2nd time, they went to Chester Zoo together! We also had another new support worker visit to ‘shadow’ who was really lovely and all 3 of them had a great day together. I am really pleased with the support package for my daughter so far.’

I just wanted to let you know that I have recently received some really positive feedback regarding the two Support Workers – AU and IO – who have been working with LF over the last couple of weeks.
LF has some really complex clinical needs including tracheostomy cares, and both of them interacted really well with Lucas and came across really competent in caring for him!
