Field Care Supervisor
We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to start as soon as possible.
You will deliver high-quality care and support services, carrying out a range of functions across individual services and care workers within your designated area. While the majority of your time will be spent working in the community—assessing and supporting clients—you will also have responsibilities including:
- Assessment and review of individual care services
- Supervision, instruction, and support of care workers
- Administrative tasks related to services and care workers

About You:
You are a great communicator—highly motivated, organized, and equipped with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards and driving efficiency.
Ideally, you will also:
- Be a driver with access to a car, bike, scooter, or electric bike
- Have minimum 1 years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker
