Gurpreet Singh
Managing Director
Gurpreet, a former pharmacist, took over Caremark Norwich & Broadland in 2019, fulfilling his ambition to lead an in home care company. Soon after, the COVID 19 pandemic brought challenges that required rapid learning and adaptation, strengthening both the business and the team. He is proud to have retained the existing staff, continuing trusted relationships with clients and families, while investing in training and ongoing improvements to care quality.
Outside of work, Gurpreet enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in football.

Julia Moore
Registered Care Manager
Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and dog, going for country walks, and completing jigsaw puzzles.

Sue Whiting
Care Co-ordinator
Susan has over 11 years of experience in the care sector. She began her career as a Care and Support Worker before progressing to Field Care Supervisor, and in 2018 she took on her current role as Care Co‑ordinator. Her extensive experience across different roles has given her a strong understanding of both client needs and team support, making her a valued member of the Caremark team.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking on the beach, reading, and watching football.

Cassie Cook
Care Co‑ordinator
Cassie has been part of Caremark for thirteen years, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. She began her career in 2012 as a Care and Support Worker, where she spent five years providing hands‑on care to clients. Cassie then progressed to Field Care Supervisor, a role she held for two years before moving into her current position as Care Co‑ordinator.
Her journey through different roles has given her a deep understanding of both client needs and team support, making her an invaluable member of the Caremark team.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active at the gym, and playing football.

Kayleigh Lovett
Field Care Supervisor
Kayleigh began her career with Caremark in 2014 as a part‑time Care Assistant. Her dedication and commitment saw her progress to Senior Carer in 2018, before moving into her current role as Field Care Supervisor in 2019. With over a decade of experience, Kayleigh brings valuable knowledge and compassion to her work, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Kayleigh is married with three daughters and enjoys socialising, going to the gym, spending time with her family, and travelling internationally.

Nyaradzo Rachel Bwacha
Field Care Supervisor
Nyaradzo is a mother of two with several years of experience in healthcare. Before joining Caremark, she worked as a Dispensary Assistant for a pharmacy chain, where she learned the importance of supporting patients throughout their recovery journey and engaging with families and carers to ensure consistent, quality care. These skills have greatly supported her in her current role as Field Care Supervisor, bringing her experience full circle in a truly fulfilling way.
Outside of work, Nyaradzo enjoys cooking, meeting new people, and taking excellent care of her clients. She is known for her good sense of humour, attention to detail, and reliability. Self‑motivated and able to work independently, she always goes above and beyond to meet her deadlines.

Judith Jokonya
Field Care Supervisor
Judith brings three years of formal care experience, supporting older people and others to maintain independence and safety at home with empathy and patience. In her role as Field Care Supervisor, she ensures that care is delivered with compassion and professionalism, helping clients feel secure and respected in their daily lives.
She values family and embraces a healthy lifestyle, which reflects her commitment to wellbeing both personally and professionally.

Samantha Parker
Business Support Administrator
Sam has over eight years of experience in care and joined Caremark in August 2023, quickly building strong relationships with clients. Her dedication and commitment led to her advancement to Weekend On Call in February 2025, followed by her promotion to Business Support Administrator in April 2025. She brings valuable knowledge and compassion to her role, ensuring both clients and colleagues feel supported.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys social interactions with clients and often goes the extra mile to help others. She balances her professional life with family time, spending weekends with her three children and caring for her 16‑year‑old cat. In August this year, she married her long‑time partner and continues to find fulfilment in caring for others.
