Over the course of my career, I spent nearly two decades in operations-focused roles where I had the opportunity to lead and manage diverse teams across various business landscapes. It was a fulfilling journey that taught me the intricacies of managing business processes and leading people. However, as time went on, I began to feel a stirring deep within, a desire to redirect my expertise and energy towards something I truly believed in.

This internal drive guided me towards the care industry, a field where I could harness my passion for helping others. I have always strongly felt that we have a profound responsibility towards those in our society who are most vulnerable. In their times of need, it is our duty to step in, providing care that not only meets their practical needs, but also makes a real, positive impact in their lives.

The cornerstone of my beliefs is that everyone should have the right to live independently at home for as long as they can. Every person deserves to have their needs and preferences respected, and their care tailored to support their individual circumstances. As the Managing Director at Caremark Northampton, I ensure this principle is at the heart of everything we do.

Having worked as a Health and Safety advisor for industries ranging from media and publishing to utilities and corporate offices for over 10 years now, Priya wanted to embark on a fresh journey, one that she could call her own! With Prab Bawa, a good friend and business partner, Priya decided to sign up to Caremark.

“We wanted to utilise our existing skills and background to make a perfect combination in giving something back to the community. We could do so by looking after people in their own homes and giving them a better quality of life through a well-trained and caring team of care assistants!

Sarah Rebecca Taylor-Jackson

Registered Care Manager

Sarah is the care manager for the Northampton branch of Caremark. It is her job to ensure that all runs smoothly in the branch, that customers receive the highest quality care and that carers are fully supported in their role.

I am really looking forward to working with the team to build the branch and to support people to remain independent in their own homes.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting the seaside. Both of my sons are in the England Street Dance Team, so I spend a lot of time travelling and watching them in competitions which I love!
