Meet the North Dorset and South Wiltshire Team

Jo Osgood
Managing Director and Care Manager
Born in Belfast, I later moved to Salisbury to be with my husband, with whom I’ve shared over 20 wonderful years.
Together we have built a family with our two children, Matthew and Lily, who continue to inspire me every day.
With more than 20 years of experience in the care sector—spanning both local authority services and domiciliary care—I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families with compassion and professionalism. My journey in care has given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in need, and a strong belief in the importance of delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
As Managing Director of North Dorset and South Wiltshire, and serving as Care Manager, I bring both leadership and hands-on expertise to our work. Together with my husband, we made the decision to establish our own company, driven by a desire to give something back to the community that has given us so much.
Our mission is to provide care that not only meets practical needs but also enriches lives, ensuring dignity, respect, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.

Paul Osgood
Managing Director
I was born in Salisbury and have lived here all my life. For over 20 years, I’ve been happily married to my wife Jo, and together we are raising our two children, Matthew and Lily, who remain at the heart of everything we do.
My career has always been rooted in accountancy. For more than 23 years I have worked with the same company, where I now serve as their company accountant.
Numbers, structure, and financial responsibility have been the foundation of my professional life. At home, however, I’ve been continually inspired by Jo’s stories from her work in care—stories that highlight the difference compassion and dedication can make in people’s lives.
Starting our own domiciliary care company was a natural decision. Jo’s passion for care is something I see every day, and I wanted to be part of that journey—combining my skills in business and finance with her experience and heart for people. Together, our mission is to make a meaningful difference in our community, offering care that is not only professional but deeply personal

Deborah Law
Care Coordinator
I have been involved in the care industry for almost 20 years, though not always within domiciliary care. My journey began as a carer in domiciliary services, where I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to make a difference in customers’ lives. I loved visiting them each day, learning about their families, and building meaningful connections.
For me, one of the greatest privileges of working in care is spending time with older people. They are like walking history books—full of stories, wisdom, and experiences that enrich our lives and remind us of the importance of compassion and respect.
My career has been shaped by this belief: that care is not just about meeting practical needs, but about valuing people, their stories, and the impact they continue to have on our communities.
In my current role as Care Supervisor, I am responsible for ensuring that everyone’s care needs are scheduled into a rota so they receive the visits they require.
At times, it can feel like piecing together a giant jigsaw puzzle, but I thrive on the challenge.
Knowing that the end result is seamless support for our customers makes the effort worthwhile
