Caremark (Wandsworth)'s home care services

A warm welcome to Caremark (Wandsworth)!

Caremark (Wandsworth) provides social care to people in the London Borough of Wandsworth to help them live independently and safely at home, not just to the elderly but also to younger adults with physical and learning disabilities.  Services include, for example: companionship, housework, shopping, meal preparation, medication administration, as well as personal care, including help with getting up, going to the toliet, personal hygiene, and getting dressed.  We also provide overnight and live-in care.

We combine being part of Caremark's national franchise organisation, with 100 offices across the UK/internationally and its proven care delivery systems, with the benefits of a small independent local business, utterly focused on our clients.

Our objective is: to provide home care services to the very highest professional standards for people who need assistance to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Caremark (Wandsworth) is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the provision of personal care at home for adults.  In addition, we are also registered with Wandsworth Local Authority's Adult Care Information Service (ACIS) Home Care Services providers.

We provide home care services to people with a wide range of conditions, including:

  •  Dementia
  • Diabetes
  •  Alzheimer's
  •  COPD
  •  Acquired brain injury
  • Parkinson's
  • Stroke
  • Paliative care/end of life care
  •  Cerebral palsy

How do we provide home care services?

We begin by carrying out a thorough assessment of the client's needs by our highly experienced Care Manager, Jacinta Richardson, to ensure that the care provided is completely tailored to what the client wants. We then carefully match the client's needs and preferences to our Care and Support Workers, who are all hand-picked, compassionate people who we rigorously train and then monitor and support in the community.  Our Care and Support Workers are always permanently assigned to a client, thereby ensuring continuity of care. They are always punctual!  All our staff are thoroughly screened, checked (enhanced DBS checks) and independently vetted before they join our team.  Jacinta, or our Field Care Supervisor, always personally introduces the client to the Care and Support Worker.

Our service is designed to match your particular needs and preferences as well as your budget. There is no real limit to the type of care and support we offer.  It may be something as simple as a ½ hour domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of personal care.  Where care and support of longer duration is required, our 24 hour Live-in care service is available.

Whatever your requirements, you can be assured of the highest quality service, delivered by caring, well-trained Care and Support Workers who are there to support you in your daily routine, enabling you to live life your way.

We are proud of the excellent service we offer to all our customers and look forward to being able to assist you.

We needed urgent care for my wife, Caremark came out the same day and had a carer introduced by 6 pm and they started the next day.
They pay great attention to the continuity of carers and we have been delighted with all aspects of the care and service.
