Meet The Wandsworth Team

Maggie Otto
Managing Director
I’m proud to step into the role of Managing Director at Caremark Wandsworth, following the strong foundation laid by James McCallum. As someone with a background in business development and a deep passion for high-quality, person-centred care, I am committed to building on that legacy and taking our service to the next level.
With experience supporting diverse communities — including my time volunteering with Age UK Westminster — I truly believe that compassionate, tailored care can transform lives. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and understanding.
Caremark Wandsworth is now entering a new chapter of growth and renewal. We are strengthening our team, improving our systems, and putting even more focus on the small things that matter most to our clients.
Thank you for your continued trust. We’re here for you — today, tomorrow, and every step of the way.

Patrick Mouelle
Care Manager
Patrick has been a valued part of the Caremark Wandsworth team since 2015, bringing kindness, dedication, and a deep commitment to supporting others. After working in public relations and events management, he felt a strong calling to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, which led him to develop a background in Family and Couple Psychotherapy at Springfield University Hospital in London.
Over the years, Patrick has provided invaluable support to both clients and caregivers, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and cared for. In recognition of his dedication and leadership, he was promoted to Care Manager in 2023, and with his warmth, experience, and compassionate approach, he continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support every day.

Muneeba Jutt
Field Care Supervisor
Muneeba Jutt joined the Caremark Wandsworth team in November 2024. She is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a diverse background spanning finance and care. With experience supporting vulnerable individuals, Muneeba has developed strong skills in providing personal care, companionship, and practical support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Her ability to adapt to different environments, combined with her strong organisational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality care, has enabled her to excel in her role as Field Care Supervisor. Muneeba plays an important role in supporting our care team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring clients receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care.

Joanna Kane
Care Coordinator
I have almost 20 years’ experience in the care sector, with a strong background in supporting older people and coordinating care services.
Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, person-centred care and the value of building trusting relationships with clients, families, and care teams.
I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care and support.
I am delighted to be part of the Caremark Wandsworth team and look forward to working with our clients, carers, and the local community to continue delivering exceptional care at home.
