I would just like to compliment on David’s support staff Linda.
Linda supported David to Pembury hospital for his ENT appointment last week with myself and another nurse.
It was so refreshing to see Linda, a true professional, demonstrating nothing but excellence in her deliverance of care to David.
David was extremely anxious throughout this examination, Linda remained calm and in turn was able to calm David down too.
Linda spoke to David on a level that he could understand what was happening with regards to his health.
Linda showed care and compassion whilst dealing with David . David and Linda have certainly built a good rapport together. It was lovely to see and I just felt that this should not go unnoticed.

The support provided by Caremark at a difficult time was first class and eased our burden greatly. With our needs ever changing, I particularly appreciated your flexibility and responsiveness in making the necessary arrangements and that of the team in meeting them. I should add that all of the carers that we saw were marvelous with mum. They were very professional, attentive and most of all extremely caring, and that was a great comfort to us.
Mum is now much more settled in her new environment and her condition has improved a little. She has expressed a wish to return home and should she recover sufficiently this might be possible. If she were to do so then we would certainly be asking again for your services.....

The past year has been the best time Dad could have had with your carers looking after him. They kept him in the manner he lived before ageing took over. They showed so much empathy and dedication not often found with caring today. Your company has a wonderful way of doing a very difficult and demanding job. I have always had complete confidence leaving Dad in your safe hands.

Sadly we lost Mum on Sunday 20th November.
She continued to be more poorly each day at Iden Manor until she peacefully passed away. I cannot thank you and your team enough for the help you gave us over the week. Wow, it seemed much longer than that looking back. Also thank you for telling us about Iden Manor; we could not fault the care, love & attention they showed Mum either.

My husband is shortly to move to a Care Home, however should he not settle and return home I would like to request the help of your company again.
We have both been so very pleased with all the care that you lovely staff have given to Ralph and also the thoughtfulness given to myself.
