Caremark (Sutton) provides high quality and loving health and social care across the London Borough of Sutton, our service includes domiciliary care and live-in care. Our clients are central to everything we do. It's as simple as that! We judge all of our services on the "Mum" test. Is this the kind of service that would be good enough for our Mum?

We cover all areas of Sutton including: Carshalton, Cheam, Hackbridge, Rose Hill, St Helier, Wallington and Worcester Park.

We are sure you've heard the saying 'happy wife, happy life'? Well, at Caremark Sutton we like to say 'happy Carer, happy Client' - although it doesn't have quite the same ring! We believe if our Carers are trained to the highest standard, invested in, supported, listened to they will be happy at work and proud of the company they are working for and therefore deliver an outstanding service every time.

Our staff are recruited based on attitude; a caring and compassionate attitude cannot be taught. All other aspects are taught to staff through our in-house training, where all staff are trained on 'The Care Certificate'. Many of our staff also have, or are studying towards an NVQ in health and social care. We are also passionate about sourcing specialist training either to meet specific Client needs or to cater to particular passions and interests of our staff.
N.B. All live-in staff will have at least 1 year experience in live-in or domiciliary care.


Our Care Manager is a Dementia Champion and many of our Carers are Dementia Friends and specialise in Dementia Care.

We encourage people who use our services to provide feedback and raise any concerns with us on an ongoing basis. We believe that this feedback is central in providing person-centred care and ensuring that we can continue to improve and build our services around the needs of our clients. 'Age does not matter', a message we are passionate about spreading. Whilst we must know your age and DOB for practical reasons, this is just a number. We get to know every one of our Clients as an individual in order for us to provide a truly holistic package of care, catering to all your needs and wants.

Caremark (Sutton) opened its office in Sutton in May 2013 and was approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in October 2013. Elaine Gill is our Care Manager and it is a testament to the quality of the Caremark nationwide systems that we have attracted such an experienced, talented and quality-oriented Care Manager.

We are an award winning company, winning an Achievement award in 2015, London Regional award in 2016 and our Operations Director, Hannah Drury has won 'Young Franchisee of the Year' and 'Franchisee of the Year' in 2017.
