COVID-19 Update - Staying safe and well at home.
The outbreak of Covid-19 is one of the most difficult issues this country has ever had to face. We know it is especially worrying for you, or somebody you love, if you or they are vulnerable in any way.
Our care givers are specially picked, and trained, to offer the highest level of care so that people can stay well both physically and mentally. Our mission is always to work closely with you to continually monitor the best ways of doing this. As well as making you comfortable, we can support with shopping, nutrition and exercise or trying to find safe ways of continuing much loved hobbies or interests.
We think that your happiness is our business!
Our offices are working as hard as we can to ensure our clients get the support they need, as well as ensuring that our care givers are kept well and safe too. Whilst the lockdown seems to be easing, we must all be mindful that the virus has not gone away and we need to stay as vigilant as possible whilst trying to maximise our quality of life.
We are following all of the Government's guidance on delivering home care and we continually review all requirements around Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and robust infection control and hygiene training - which all of our care givers are strictly following. We work in close collaboration with the Local Authority, the NHS and the UK Home Care Association to ensure we are monitoring and responding to the very latest guidelines.
We send the hugest thank you for all the support and love that we have received from our clients, our staff and our community. We really are all in this together and we feel absolutely honoured to be of service to all of you. If you have any concerns, comments, advice on ways we can improve our service please do not ever hesitate to contact us on 020 8819 4439 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
