Mr B called to say how happy he was with the care he is receiving with caremark, Mr B has had a few care companies who have been unable to meet his needs regarding times and quality of care. Mr B explained that he wanted to phone to personally thank everyone from the care staff to the office for being so helpful and making a big difference in his day to day life.
I wanted to write to say a big thank you for your wonderful help last night – your timely intervention in calling the emergency services and providing CPR was deeply appreciated by all of the family.
Your actions were absolutely exemplary and you are a true credit to Caremark.
I would like to thank you from myself and my mum for the care she received. We couldn’t have wished for better carers, they all go above and beyond for mom. A big thank you to Miss S.K. who has been very good, we are really happy that we didn’t have to go to a different company as we have been provided with outstanding care.
For approximately 18 months Mrs W has received excellent care, and often in difficult circumstances your staff have shown genuine concern for her welfare. This will always be appreciated.
Generally, Caremark is easy to deal with, office based staff are easily contacted, polite and efficient, with emails being promptly dealt with.

Our 90 year old mother fell and broke her hip and whilst in hospital made it clear to my sister and i that she wanted to return home when she was discharged. With the help of Caremark Solihull this was made possible.
A package of care was tailored to meet mum’s needs and mum came home a little apprehensive about having strangers in her house. The first visit with a hello and lovely smile from Tanzila very quickly put mom at ease. Mum has a regular team of care assistants and that works really well for her. They care for her with kindness and understanding dealing calmly with the unexpected whilst remaining flexible and responsive. The package is regularly reviewed and amended to suit mum’s changing needs as and when needed.
Communication with the Company at all levels is excellent.
I wanted to send a compliment in respect of one of the care assistants at the agency – Mrs T – who was the regular care assistant for Mrs M, to whom I was allocated to as as her social worker.
During the time that I worked with Mrs M, I have always found Mrs T to provide an excellent level of care. She presented as a very dedicated care assistant who would go the extra mile to support her in what were at the times quite difficult or unpleasant circumstances. Mrs T has developed a fantastic rapport with Mrs M where others found it difficult and her resilience led to a great working relationship that went a long way to improving the quality of life for Mrs M until she moved into residential care. Mrs T was also incredibly in the planning process for this move and i feel she was part and parcel of this being a success on the day.
I hope that you pass this positive feedback on to Mrs T and give her my thanks for all the hard work that she did as it needs to be recognized and her example noted.
I am writing to nominate Kelley for care assistant of the month award. Kelley has been a care assistant for my mother Mrs C for around two months and has been a real delight on every visit. Despite the language barrier, she has managed to build a wonderful relationship with my mother, whom is always laughing and giggling when Kelley is present. She is an extremely dedicated and friendly care assistant and I hope she can be rewarded for her wonderful efforts.
I would like to thank Caremark for the way they dealt with my father when he had a fall last night. The male care assistant was brilliant and also the lady on the switchboard at the office who acted as go-between. We really appreciate the excellent care dad is receiving from the care assistant.
During a telephone review of my mother’s care I was made aware of your employee of the month scheme.
All my mother’s care assistant do a excellent job displaying their individual strengths whilst carrying out their care duties.
I decided to compare the issues we had when Mrs B was unfamiliar with being supported by care assistants through to the present. The progress has been encouraging, one of the bigger issues was to persuade Mrs B to shower / wash regularly. On checking the log I have noticed how Sukhi has been noticeably successful in this respect.
This sets an excellent example for other care assistants, her manner and approach seem key to this high success rate.
Therefore i would like to nominate Sukhi for consideration as employee of the month.
I should be glad if you would pass my appreciation to Claire and all the care assistant who visited me after my discharge from hospital.
They were all very helpful, considerate and polite in their dealings with me.
The care assistant have done a good job, it has made my life better.
The care I have been getting is wonderful, fantastic, brilliant, 1000 xs better than the last agency and I would never want to change agencies.
All of the care assistant who have been attending calls for Mrs. T, were described as ‘Lovely’. She continued to say: “I understand that the care assistant role is very difficult and tiring at times and to keep a smile on your face may be difficult. However the care assistant who have been attending are lovely caring girls.”
