Meet the Caremark Redcar and Cleveland team
Charles opened Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) in 2008, with the vision to become the best provider of home care in the region. The focus is on delivering the highest quality of care possible in order to improve the quality of life for the people Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) supports.
Michelle originally joined Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) as a Care and Support Worker and then Compliance Coordinator, before being promoted to the role of Care Coordinator. As Care Manager she is now responsible for all day-to-day regulated services provided by the company.
Assistant ManagerDanielle joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in 2010. She was soon promoted to Field Care Supervisor and Care Plan Coordinator. As Assistant Manager based at head office, she provides cover and support to our Care Manager.
Assistant ManagerJo joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in 2012 before being promoted to Field Care Supervisor. In her current role as Assistant Manager, she supports our Care Manager in the field.
Care Co-ordinatorGaynor joined Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) in January 2012. Originally starting as a Home Care Worker, she has quickly risen to become a Care Coordinator and was the recipient of the company's first Employee of the Year award.
Care Co-ordinatorElle is a Care Coordinator covering East Cleveland. She also continues to provide care to cover holidays, sickness and weekends.
Assessment CoordinatorGillian originally joined Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) as a Care and Support Worker and worked her way up to the role of Care Coordinator, before taking on the job as our Assessment Coordinator.
Care Co-ordinatorRachel first joined Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) as a Care and Support Worker before being promoted to Care Coordinator in 2017, covering the Redcar and Marske area.
Care Co-ordinatorDue to the high demand of care in Redcar, Tracey was employed as a Care Coordinator in 2018 to support this area, as well as helping with care calls.
Field Care SupervisorNicki joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in 2016, before being promoted to the position of Field Care Supervisor. In this role she is responsible for overseeing the outstanding care we provide to our clients.
Training ManagerJanet joined Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) as Field Care Supervisor in 2011. A qualified Occupational Therapist, Janet became our Training Manager in 2013 and now trains all new staff when they join Caremark, as well as providing ongoing training to all staff.
Recruitment CoordinatorMichelle joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker and now works at head office as our Recruitment Coordinator where she looks after all the recruitment needs of the company.
Care Planning CoordinatorYvonne joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in 2013, but is now our Care Planning Coordinator, playing an important role writing all of our customers' care plans.
Medication AssessorGemma joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in 2014, before taking on the role of Field Care Supervisor. As our Medication Assessor, she plays an important role overseeing the medication needs of our clients, including liaising with GP surgeries.
Accounts AdministratorEmma joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker before being promoted to the Accounts Administrator role she now holds. She looks after all the financial records including customer invoicing.
Administration AssistantEmily first joined Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) as an Administration Assistant, Now Emily helps out in payroll, accounts, invoicing and general office admin. Emily won employee of the year 2017.
ApprenticeCally joined Caremark in 2019. As an Apprentice she is supporting the team with office administration and learning about the company.
