Farina Tayub

Managing Director

Farina Tayub took over Caremark Leeds Bradford in January 2008. She has a financial background and was previously involved in businesses in the financial sector. Since setting up the company she has dedicated herself to supporting her domiciliary care business, with a focus on providing excellent care and support to customers in Leeds Bradford.

Keula De Barros

Registered Care Manager

Keula De Barros was inspired to enter career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark as a Care Assistant before  becoming our Recruitment & Compliance Officer. She was promoted to the position of Registered Care Manager in January 2025.

Thameena Saleh

Operations Director

Thameena has worked in senior roles in care for 7 years and as Operations Director she supports our Managing Director Farina and our Registered Care Manager Keula.

Silvia Rodrigues

Care Coordinator (Leeds North & West)

Silvia joined Caremark in November 2024 as a Care Coordinator for North & South Leeds. She has 10 years of experience in the care sector, including 2 years as a Dementia Support Worker and is focused on providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their families.

Cherie Overton

Care Coordinator (Leeds South and East)

Cherie joined Caremark as a Carer in 2019 and says being able to help people and witnessing their happiness truly filled her heart with joy. She thoroughly deserved her promotion to Care Coordinator covering the south and east of Leeds.

Sarah Hollingsworth

Field Care Supervisor (Leeds)

Sarah has over 15 years’ experience working in the care sector and as Field Care Supervisor she oversees the work of Care Assistants in her area, as well as continuing to deliver care herself.

Diana Ngondonga

Field Care Supervisor (Leeds South)

My journey into care began when my brother sustained brain damage after being assaulted during a robbery. Supporting him through that incredibly difficult time awakened a deep passion within me for helping others during their most vulnerable moments. Caring for a loved one revealed a natural instinct and empathy in me—one that I soon realised I could extend to others in need.

Since then, I have worked with various care organisations, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my commitment to this field. Eventually, I was given the opportunity to relocate to the UK, where I have proudly worked as a care professional for the past two years.

I am known for being reliable, hardworking, and compassionate. It is both an honour and a privilege to be entrusted with the wellbeing of others, and I take great pride in making a positive difference in their lives every day.

Shamiso Dube

Senior Care Assistant (Leeds)

Shamiso Dube became a carer during the pandemic and joined Caremark in 2024. She was quickly promoted to Senior Carer and describes care as a “passion”.

Simranjit Kaur

Senior Care Assistant (Bradford)

Simranjit joined Caremark in 2022 as a Care Assistant and was promoted to Senior Care Assistant within a year.  She is responsible for the Bradford area, including organising rotas, liaising with customers and carers and helping to grow the business.

Chisom Nzenguora

Senior Care Assistant (Bradford)

Chisom joined Caremark as a Care Assistant in 2022 and quickly advanced to become a Senior. In her current role, she  balances the needs of customers and carers, ensuring that all care is delivered in a person-centred manner.

Flavia Delgado

Recruitment Officer

Flavia joined Caremark in November 2024 as a Recruitment and Marketing Officer. She is passionate about recruiting new carers and engaging with the local community. She also work as a Care Assistant on weekends, which she describes as an incredible first job experience after studying Health and Social Care Level 3 at college.

Jemima White

Administration and Marketing Officer

Jemima joined Caremark Leeds Bradford as Marketing Officer in June 2025 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Human Geography. She supports the team by managing local marketing and communications, helping to raise awareness of the services Caremark provides across the community.

Joanna Gaffling-Szamuk

Administrator

Joanna first joined Caremark Leeds Bradford as an Administration Assistant in November 2009. She helps out with the important day to day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly.

Dorsa Arabpour

Finance Officer

Dorsa joined Caremark in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in account management and administration. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy, Dorsa ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
