Managing Director

Abdi is fully committed to providing the very highest standards of care and support for people in need in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.

During more than 25 years working as an International Civil Servant in the United Nations, he witnessed first-hand the difficulties faced by both older and disabled people who were uprooted from their homes.

Fathia Issa

Fathia is dedicated to ensuring high quality care and support. She has a Masters in Human Rights and has been involved in humanitarian projects in South Africa, promoting Care and Support, Women’s Empowerment and Education. She also has experience working with the NHS.

Najma Issa

Business Development Manager

Najma has experience with safeguarding procedures, she is proficient with managing and supporting risk and care needs of those she supports. She has experience working with vulnerable adults and children in various fields of work such as in charities and hospitals therefore understands the importance of safe-guarding and providing quality person-centred care.

Her passion for helping people allows her to thrive within the care industry and not only assist customers in the best way, but her fellow colleagues and carers also.

Tarlochan Rajbans

Care Manager

Raj has extensive experience over 30 years working with people with physical and learning disabilities, autism, elderly and people with mild to moderate dementia in a multicultural setting. Able to speak a range of different languages including Punjabi, Gujarati, and Swahili.

Faisa is a dedicated and compassionate care professional, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our care agency, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of those with disabilities. Her journey in care began with a sincere desire to make a positive impact on individuals facing unique challenges due to disabilities, believing in the importance of a fulfilling and dignified life for all. she excels at fostering strong and empathetic relationships, both with our clients and our dedicated team of carers, built on trust, open communication, and collaboration.
