Her passion for helping people allows her to thrive within the care industry and not only assist customers in the best way, but her fellow colleagues and carers also.

Mohammed began his journey in care as a dedicated Care Assistant, where his exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and deep understanding of the duty of care and duty of candour quickly stood out. His commitment to upholding high standards and ensuring the wellbeing of both clients and colleagues led to his invitation to join the compliance team.

Now serving as a Compliance and Monitoring Officer, Mohammed brings his frontline experience and passion for quality care into every aspect of his role. He is deeply committed to supporting carers in delivering person-centred care and works tirelessly to enhance both the quality of care and the quality of life for our clients.
