Dr Neha Jain Vigh

Managing Director

Neha is an experienced General Practitioner with 20 years of clinical experience, including extensive NHS work across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. She has a strong specialist interest in frailty, dementia, Parkinson’s, elderly and palliative care, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, and supporting people with complex care needs, including those receiving Continuing Healthcare.

She has worked closely with hospital discharge teams, consultants, social workers, community nurses, and wider multidisciplinary teams, giving her a clear understanding of what individuals and families need to feel safe and well‑supported at home.

At Caremark Dacorum, Neha provides clinical oversight, safeguarding assurance, and best‑practice guidance to our care team. Her experience helps us deliver care that is safe, personalised, and well‑coordinated — giving families confidence that their loved one’s support is aligned with high standards and works smoothly alongside the wider health and social care system.

Vivian

Care Manager

As a Care Manager, Vivian works closely with the Nominated Individual to ensure people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Vivian supports our care team, works alongside families and professionals, and helps develop care plans that truly reflect each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.

“I have over 10 years’ experience in the care sector, having started my journey as a volunteer in a care setting. From the very beginning, I discovered how much I love working with people and taking the time to listen to their life stories.

I want to ensure everyone feels heard, respected, and supported to make the right choices for their future and their care. I strongly believe that care should always be person-centred and shaped around what matters most to each individual.

I hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, which has supported my progression from volunteer to my current role. Care is an incredibly rewarding industry, and I’m proud to be part of Caremark, making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.”
