We love our customers, and they seem to love us too!

Caremark were recently commissioned to provide care for my loved one and I really wanted to say thanks for everything they have done. From the moment I started to have contact with their staff I could see that they put the CARE into Caremark. From the managers who completed the assessment stage where they really considered the complex needs of my loved one and adapted their service to suit these needs, to the care assistants who came in to offer personal care, and the voices on the end of the telephone, everyone showed great compassion, empathy and dare I say it ‘love’.

Their care is definitely person centred and they are adaptable, kind and conscientious and a real testimony to the hard work of the profession they represent. In what has been a challenging and difficult time for the care industry I just wanted to say Thankyou and well done. You should all be proud!

I would definitely recommend the services of Caremark in the future for any family and friends that might need them.

Just want to say thanks so much for supporting me on my job training and all the thousands of jobs you have to do to ensure we get work and most importantly the people we support what an absolutely brilliant job you all do with smiles on your faces and Jas I think your a great inspiration thanks again.

Will you please give our thanks to all the care assistants for the kindness they showed my husband everyday, especially Blanche who was with us the whole time he was cared for and meant a lot to both of us. Thank you for your support.

Mum, and myself really appreciate the services of the care assistants this week. As you know, on Sunday I had tremendous help and support from them when mum initially became unwell, for which I’m grateful.

It’s been good that mum, in her confused state, has seen the care assistants, it’s helped her just seeing the two of them. They, in turn have been understanding to mum’s needs this week, and have done their very best in reassuring her, and trying to cheer her up.

I can understand it’s not easy scheduling the girls just for mum as you have many more people in need. So thank you, please don’t think I’ve taken it for granted, and I wanted to show my gratitude.

The care my loved one receives is fantastic. She gave positive feedback for Sky Maddox, stating that she knows just how she likes things and will always ensure that she is comfortable and has all that she needs.

Caremark is by far the best care company. The care assistants are really, really sensitive to my loved ones needs. We are really grateful for the consistency of care assistants.

Thank you everyone who came here to care for mum, especially C (Toby to mum! Her special girl!) M, J and S who were all dear to mum.

Thank you for making her last few months as comfortable as they could be.

I want to thank all the care staff for how on the ball they are and how well they care for my father.

I just wanted to contact you in order to say thank you for continuing to provide support to X, I know that this is a difficult call at times and at the recent safeguarding risk assessment review meeting it was discussed how well your care agency and carers were at managing the ongoing issues with X and keeping us informed.

The care assistants that visit X have a good rapport with him and X is happy with the support he receives from your staff.

The care assistant was wonderful and marvellous, I felt completely reassured that my husband was in great care, especially as it was my first time away in 6 years.

Once again, I find myself in praise of X! She has ‘driven’ mum’s care this week, advising me how to go about getting the right medication for mum, and being relentless in pursuit of it!

As you know, mum is not too well at the moment, although X always manages to bring a smile to her face, and the scheduled visit goes off as planned, with X’s help.

The care assistants are wonderful, they have a routine and they all work together really well!
