He brings with him a vast array of background experience from areas such as learning disability, challenging behaviour and also dependence issues. Our belief is that everyone is entitled to support to continue to live at home if this is what they wish to do. Everyone is entitled to respect, dignity and support to remain as independent as possible. We provide this excellent home care by giving you an individualised support plan that is written in conjunction with you for free by one of our very qualified and competent staff. This includes an assessment of your needs, a discussion about what you feel it is you would like to help support you and a matching of a carer to help support you with those specific needs. We will offer you regular reviews of our home care service to you and you are welcome to contact us with regards to your home care provision at any point.
At Caremark we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We offer local home care services and home care support to help you continue to enjoy life to its fullest and to help you to remain independent. Our friendly Care and Support Workers can help with all aspects of home care provision including companionship, sitting services, domestic help, meal preparation and shopping. If there is something that is not listed that does not mean that we cannot provide that service and we take a very positive approach to the services that our customers may need. If you tell us what you need we can then discuss with you to see if we can find out a way to meet that need. Our home care support services not only help you with care at home but can also extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being.

Caremark has helped with my care for some months now. Being housebound with a long term illness can be quite isolating, so I really look forward to seeing the carers. They are all very friendly and happy to chat, nothing is too much trouble. I am also Impressed with their time-keeping, as I know this is often a problem with other agencies. I would definitely recommend this agency.ClientREAD MORE TESTIMONIALS
