About the Role

Caremark Leeds Bradford is seeking a Marketing & Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our service by attracting high-quality Care & Support Workers and strengthening our local brand presence.

This is a varied role combining recruitment, marketing, events and communications, working closely with the management team to promote Caremark as an employer of choice and a trusted home care provider.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Care & Support Workers
  • Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
  • Screening applications, arranging interviews and supporting onboarding
  • Attending recruitment events and community job fairs
  • Supporting compliance and safer recruitment processes

Marketing & Communications

  • Managing local marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Creating content for social media, website and internal communications
  • Supporting community engagement initiatives and events
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all materials
  • Monitoring recruitment and marketing performance

About You

  • Experience in marketing, recruitment, HR or a related field
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using social media and digital platforms
  • Passionate about people, community and person-centred care
  • Full training will be provided

Care Co-ordinator

Location: Leeds
Salary: £23,809.50

We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator based in our Leeds head office, ensuring all client visits are allocated, recruiting suitable Care and Support Workers and helping to maintain appropriate office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Processing new client referrals.
  • Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
  • Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all client visits and ensuring all visits always covered.
  • Administration of all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
  • Maintaining client and Care & Support Worker office files and ensuring that they are always up to date.
  • Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring all clients and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring all other records are kept up to date.
  • To work closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
  • To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  • Assistance with wages and invoice processing.
  • Production of reports and management information as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in care or a related field
  • Care Coordinator experience is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Training will be provided

Care Manager

Location: Leeds
Salary: £39,000 to £41,000
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

About the role
  • To generate and promote a caring and supportive environment for Caremark’s clients by implementing very high standards of professional care and support.
  • To manage the staff team, supporting their development, skills and abilities.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the business.
  • This will include being a point of contact for local authorities, potential customers
    and other outside agencies.
  • You will make sure the business is compliant with current legislation and CQC regulation.

Care Assistant

Location: Leeds
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Hours: Full-time, part-time, permanent
