At Caremark Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster, we are proud to be a family-owned small business driven by the ethos of a close-knit and deeply committed family unit.

Our directors, Aash and Aarti, were drawn to the care industry by a profound personal experience. Inspired by the outstanding, compassionate care received by a family member through the NHS, Aasheesh and Aarti saw firsthand the irreplaceable importance of good, safe, and competent care. This powerful motivation led them to acquire the Caremark office covering Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster, and to commit their skills to serving the local community.

Registered Care Manager

With over 8 years of experience in the health and social care sector, Daniel Johnson is a dedicated and forward-thinking Registered Care Manager committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. He combines a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape with a passion for innovation, integrating technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and tailored support for service users.

Daniel specialises in dementia care and managing challenging behaviours, offering expert guidance and compassionate support to individuals with complex needs. His leadership focuses on empowering care teams through training, professional development, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Known for his empathetic approach and vast expertise, Daniel is passionate about building trust, fostering dignity, and transforming care into a relationship that truly enhances quality of life.

Najma Issa

Business Development Manager

Najma has experience with safeguarding procedures, and she is proficient in managing and supporting the risk and care needs of those she supports. She has experience working with vulnerable adults and children in various fields, including charities and hospitals, and therefore understands the importance of safeguarding and providing quality, person-centred care.

Her passion for helping people enables her to thrive within the care industry, not only assisting customers in the best way, but also her colleagues and carers.

Sammy Madan

Care Coordinator

With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, Sammy is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support across residential, domiciliary, and complex care settings. Her approach is rooted in a deep commitment to improving the quality of life and promoting independence for every individual under her team’s care. Starting her journey as a care assistant, she gained firsthand insight into the transformative power of compassionate care—an experience that continues to shape her leadership style.

Now overseeing care coordination, Sammy combines strategic thinking with empathy to ensure that both clients and staff feel respected, supported, and empowered. She is a strong advocate for transparency, open communication, and safeguarding, playing a key role in fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Her leadership is proactive and focused on consistently raising care standards while ensuring safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement for all.

Margarita Georgivia

Field Care Supervisor

With over three years of experience in the care sector, Margarita began her career as a Care Assistant, where her natural compassion, dedication, and strong work ethic quickly became evident. Her commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and her ability to support both clients and carers led to her progression into the role of Field Care Supervisor.

In her current role, Margarita ensures that both carers and clients receive the support they need to thrive. She is passionate about promoting independence and helping clients maintain their quality of life, while also empowering carers to grow and become the best versions of themselves.

Margarita is known for her kind and compassionate approach, her reliability, and her hands-on leadership style. She plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and fostering a supportive, respectful environment for everyone involved.

Mohammed Rahman

Compliance and Monitoring Officer

Mohammed began his journey in care as a dedicated Care Assistant, where his exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and deep understanding of the duty of care and duty of candour quickly stood out. His commitment to upholding high standards and ensuring the well-being of both clients and colleagues led to his invitation to join the compliance team.

Now serving as a Compliance and Monitoring Officer, Mohammed brings his frontline experience and passion for quality care into every aspect of his role. He is deeply committed to supporting carers in delivering person-centred care and works tirelessly to enhance both the quality of care and the quality of life for our clients.
