You will be responsible for:
- Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
- You will be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
- Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
- Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the service user.
- You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.
This is a community-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
You will be ideally suited if you are:
- Self-motivated.
- Well-organised.
- Reliable .
- An effective communicator.
