Matthew is someone who has had a passion for domiciliary home care from young. He has many years of social care experience, accompanied by a BSc in Health and Social Care, BSc in Health and Social Policy, Certificate in Healthcare Management, a Diploma in Business Administration, NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management a qualified healthcare trainer and a minister of religion in his community.
Matthew is very involved in his community and this is what encouraged him to become part of the Caremark franchise.

Nigist Tadese
Care Manager
Nigist is an experienced and dedicated Care Manager with over 9 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Through her academic achievements and hands-on experience in various roles, she has developed a strong foundation in health and social care.
Nigist holds a qualified nursing degree, which provides her with the clinical expertise and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of needs. Her commitment to ongoing professional development led her to successfully complete a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which equips her with advanced leadership and management skills in the healthcare environment.
As a Care Manager, Nigist is passionate about promoting the dignity and independence of those in her care. She excels in managing teams of caregivers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her leadership style is supportive and collaborative, which fosters a positive working environment and encourages staff to reach their full potential.

Nimi Tayo
Care Coordinator
As Care Coordinator, Nimi works closely with the Care Manager and plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of care services. With a strong understanding of both client needs and staff coordination, she works closely with clients, families, and carers to ensure care is tailored, responsive, and consistently delivered to a high standard.
Her responsibilities include managing care schedules, coordinating staff allocations, and responding promptly to any changes in care needs. She also oversees key compliance processes, carries out assessments, and ensures that all services meet regulatory standards. In addition, she supports the development of the wider team by training new supervisors and office staff, helping to maintain consistency and continuity across the service.
Holding a BSc in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, and currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, Nimi brings a unique blend of organisational, leadership, and analytical skills into her role. This combination supports her ability to manage operations effectively while maintaining a strong focus on quality care delivery.
With over 5 years’ experience in the care sector and a passion for people-focused support, she is committed to creating a reliable and well-structured service that clients and families can depend on. Known for her dedication to client well-being and attention to detail, she believes that effective coordination is key to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Navpreet Kaur
Field Care Supervisor
Navpreet brings a unique blend of educational expertise and hands-on care experience to her role as Field Care Supervisor. She holds a Master’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Education, reflecting her strong foundation in both business and teaching.
She began her career as a teacher, specialising in commerce subjects, where she was known for her student-centred approach and ability to simplify complex concepts. Her passion for supporting others naturally led her into the care sector, where she has spent the past three years working as a professional carer.
During this time, she has developed extensive experience in supporting individuals living with dementia, providing both practical assistance and meaningful emotional support. Her empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the wellbeing of others are evident in her approach to care.
Having progressed from Senior Carer to Field Care Supervisor, she now uses her experience to support and guide carers, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. She is committed to promoting person-centred care while contributing to the development and confidence of the wider team.

Holding a nursing qualification, Jinal combines her clinical knowledge with a compassionate and practical approach to care. She places a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and empathy, ensuring that each individual receives care tailored to their needs.

Nadia is a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Carer with over six years of hands-on experience in the care sector. Throughout her time with the organisation, she has played a key role in its growth and continued success, consistently demonstrating commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
She is deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is known for her dedication to supporting clients with compassion and respect. Her work has been widely recognised through positive feedback from clients and their families, reflecting the trust and confidence she builds in her role.
Having progressed into a Senior Carer position, Nadia now brings her experience to support both clients and colleagues, setting a strong example within the team. Ebenezer Omowaye
Senior Carer
Ebenezer is a compassionate and dedicated Senior Carer with over three years of experience supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals within professional care settings. He is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
In his role, Ebenezer supports clients with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, medication administration, and companionship. He also plays an active role in maintaining accurate care records and providing guidance and support to junior carers when required. His calm, patient approach and strong communication skills allow him to build trusting relationships with both clients and their families.
Ebenezer holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, alongside the Care Certificate and a range of essential training, including Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Learning Disability, Medication Administration, First Aid Awareness, and Health and Safety.
He has particular experience in elderly care, disability support, and companionship, and is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach.
Sidra Yasmin
Administrative Officer
Sidra brings a wealth of experience and a strong administrative background to her role as Administrative Officer. She began her career as a lecturer, where she developed excellent organisational and communication skills, and has since gained over nine years of experience in administrative roles within educational settings.
In her current role, she is responsible for coordinating office operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service. Her duties include managing records, coordinating communications, and supporting day-to-day operational processes, all of which contribute to an efficient and well-structured working environment.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s in International Business Management. She is also proficient in a wide range of office systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications and digital record-keeping tools, enabling her to carry out her role with accuracy and efficiency.
Sidra plays a key role in supporting both carers and clients by ensuring clear communication, well-organised documentation, and timely administrative assistance. Her attention to detail and structured approach help maintain a responsive and reliable service.
She values the opportunity her role provides to contribute to organisational efficiency while supporting colleagues and service users in a meaningful way. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and is committed to continuous professional development, particularly in the areas of business and management.
