Managing Director
Partson who is our Managing Director is a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with nearly 20 years of frontline healthcare experience. For the past decade, he has worked as a qualified mental health nurse across a wide range of settings in the North West, including the NHS, private hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based services. Prior to becoming a nurse, Partson spent over 10 years providing hands-on care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and age-related needs.
Throughout his career, Partson has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure seamless, tailored care pathways for every individual. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and his practice is underpinned by empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to supporting people during their most vulnerable moments.
Whether through clinical intervention or compassionate advocacy, Partson strive to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of those he cares for—always treating each person with the same respect and dignity that he would offer to his own family. Amy Johnson is an experienced Care Manager with over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare sector, specialising in residential care, supported living, and domiciliary services. Known for her compassionate leadership and in-depth sector knowledge, she is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to both young and elderly individuals with complex needs.
She holds an NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care and was honoured with the prestigious Registered Manager Award in 2012 in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the industry. Throughout her career, Amy has taken pride in mentoring and developing care professionals, many of whom have progressed into senior leadership roles within the sector.
Highly proficient in care management systems and quality assurance processes, she has a proven track record of maintaining compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards. Amy is passionate about continuous improvement, fostering collaborative team environments, and building trusted relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Elizabeth Bhunu
Registered General Nurse
Elizabeth is a dedicated and conscientious Registered General Nurse with over 15 years of experience in direct patient care in acute hospital, community and care home settings. She is highly skilled in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with professional, ethical, and NHS standards.
Elizabeth possesses extensive experience caring for individuals with acute and chronic physical health conditions and works confidently within multidisciplinary teams, liaising effectively with medical staff, allied health professionals, and external agencies to ensure coordinated and excellent patient care. She demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to accurate documentation and patient advocacy.
Through working in various settings, Elizabeth has acquired extensive hands-on clinical experience, which includes Care of the Elderly, Diabetes care, Ophthalmology, Colorectal, Cancer care, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Stroke care, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Acute Medical and General Medicine. Elizabeth is compassionate, reliable, and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development and the delivery of dignified, person-centred care.

Stephanie Cooke
Care Assistant
Stephanie Cooke is a dedicated and compassionate care professional with over 10 years’ experience working across residential, supported living, and community care settings. She is committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care and supporting individuals to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has supported adults with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, mental health needs, dementia and complex care requirements. She is known for her calm, empathetic approach and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with service users’ families and colleagues.
Stephanie has extensive experience working both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams. She is confident in care planning, risk assessments, daily documentation and supporting colleagues through guidance and positive role modelling. Her strong communication skills enable her to advocate effectively for those in her care and ensure continuity and consistency of support.
