We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between our office team, our clients, and our fantastic carers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and Supporting Carers: Providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to our care team, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to deliver outstanding care.
* Conducting Assessments and Reviews: Carrying out initial client assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and regularly reviewing care packages to ensure they meet evolving needs.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery, conducting spot checks, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
* Rota Management Support: Assisting care co-ordinator with the creation and management of care rotas to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
* On-Call Duties: Participating in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support and guidance (details to be discussed).
* Training and Development: Identifying training needs for carers and contributing to their ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior care role within a home care setting is essential.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in home care.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Compassion: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
* Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
* Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this field-based role.
* IT Proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems for record-keeping and communication.

Care Assistant
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
Principal Responsibilities
Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:
- Help with washing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Support with daily routines
- Respite services
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community
