We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. If you’re a natural leader with a strong understanding of home care regulations and a genuine desire to support both clients and carers, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between our office team, our clients, and our fantastic carers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and Supporting Carers: Providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to our care team, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to deliver outstanding care.
  • Conducting Assessments and Reviews: Carrying out initial client assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and regularly reviewing care packages to ensure they meet evolving needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery, conducting spot checks, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Rota Management Support: Assisting care co-ordinator with the creation and management of care rotas to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • On-Call Duties: Participating in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support and guidance (details to be discussed).
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs for carers and contributing to their ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior care role within a home care setting is essential.
  •  Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
  •  Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in home care.
  •  Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  •  Compassion: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  •  Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  •  Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this field-based role.
  •  IT Proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems for record-keeping and communication.

Care Assistant

Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: £850 - £980 per week, depending on customer complexity
Hours: Full time , 2/3 weeks per month

About the role

Caremark Winchester and Eastleigh is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Live-in Carer to provide round-the-clock support to our customers in their own homes. This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a real difference in someone’s life, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

You will live in the customer’s home and provide personalised support tailored to their individual needs. This can include, but is not limited to:

 * Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and other daily routines.

 * Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in hobbies and activities, and being a friendly face to talk to.

 * Household Duties: Light housework, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

 * Medication Support: Reminding and assisting with medication management.

 * Errand Running: Assisting with appointments and community access.

Key Requirements:

 * A compassionate, caring, and reliable nature.

 * A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.

 * Excellent communication skills.

 * The ability to work on your own initiative.

 * A good level of spoken and written English.

 * Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
