Managing Director
Francis Adebusuyi brings over 15 years of leadership and strategic management experience to his role as Managing Director Caremark Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Malling. With a strong track record in driving business growth, leading innovation, and delivering operational excellence, Francis is focused on steering the company toward its long-term vision and objectives.
Prior to joining Caremark, Francis held senior leadership positions across several high-profile organisations, including the NHS. There, he successfully led transformative initiatives that improved efficiency, expanded service delivery, and strengthened team performance. His career spans multiple sectors—particularly technology, healthcare, and operations—giving him a well-rounded perspective on the evolving challenges and opportunities within the care sector.
A firm believer in collaborative leadership, Francis fosters a workplace culture built on inclusivity, open communication, and shared purpose. I have worked across a range of sectors, including care, housing, and compliance, gaining extensive knowledge and hands on experience in each area.
My interest in the care sector was deeply influenced by personal experience supporting a relative in need of care sparked a genuine passion for helping others and inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful impact.
I am passionate about getting things right the first time and take pride in fostering a culture of excellence within a team.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new foods, travelling, and spending quality time with my family.
Ami Shipton
Registered Care Manager
Ami has gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, including the NHS, where she pursued her degree in Health and Social Care, before transitioning into community care services.
Ami Recognises the significance of enabling individuals to live independently in their own homes, with the primary objective to tailor care to each client’s personal preferences and choices, ensuring their safety and well-being remains paramount.

Field Care Supervisor
Lynn has many years of care experience behind her and is a valuable member of our office team. Her role as a supervisor brings her into close contact with both carers and customers.
Lynn particularly enjoys mentoring new staff and onboarding customers.

Care Coordinator
Amy’s 10 years in Health & Social Care highlights her dedication and growth. Starting as a Care Assistant, she advanced to a Field Care Supervisor before joining Caremark TWTM as our Care Coordinator.
Amy ensures clients receive top-quality support, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact within the care industry.
