Meet The Test Valley Team

Rabiya Muhammad
Managing Director
In 2007, I began my career with YUM Brands, where I gained valuable experience complying with health and safety regulations. I ensured all team members were aware of their responsibilities and performed all duties to a consistently high standard.
I then worked at Pizza Express at a management level. My responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, and overseeing staff training, as well as preparing budgets for the new financial year. I was also involved in internal and external audits. Additionally, I worked in HR, where I was responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and induction to exit.
I am thrilled to join Caremark and excited to contribute to providing outstanding care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. I have always wanted to work in the care industry, so this is like a dream come true. I have personal experience caring for my grandmother when there was no one else around her, so I understand how your loved ones feel when you care for them.
We can all make a difference in the lives of others in need because it is the simplest of gestures that make the most significant differences.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading books and cooking.

Deanne Ingram
Care Manager
I have been in the care industry for 35 years.
I started way back as a YTS student (showing my age there) where I was a ward Clark in the morning and an auxiliary nurse in the afternoon. Starting in the care industry at 16 years old taught me some very valuable life skills which are still with me today. Alot was taught to me by the old fashioned Matron I was lucky to work with.
Thought out my work career I have worked in the operating theatres, nursing and residential homes, where I finally came into domiciliary care, where I have never left.
While working in domiciliary care, I have been a carer, senior carer, coordinator, trainer and registered manager.
Working my way up through the different job roles give me a unique perspective to f the roles of all care staff working with me, giving compassion and understanding.
I have also had a family member receive care, which gave me clear insight into what it’s like to be a family member but also a real clue to what people really want from their care.
I used all my experience to help and support all staff to be happy, well trained and supported in their roles in order to deliver an excellent, quality service to all the care for.
I am extremely privileged to be joining the Caremark team and to be able to support the people of Andover and surrounding areas with safe, quality care that is tailored to their needs, wishes and preferences.
