Shazia has been a Human Resources Professional in the fields of Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Middlesex University – UK. Having lived all her life in Dubai, she relocated to London in 2017. While exploring various ideas to start a care business I came across Caremark and was warmly welcomed into the family. I have always been keen on social work and supporting the communities and realised that Care provides with the best platform for these. Here we get the opportunity to support Vulnerable adults and add value to better their quality of life. Along with that, this industry has the capability to open up jobs for so many and provide a meaningful career with continuous professional development.

Joseph Calem

Registered Care Manager

Joseph joins us with over 17 years of extensive experience in the care sector. His areas of expertise include brain injuries, as well as physical and learning disabilities.

After completing his Diploma in Nursing from Kingston University, Joseph began his career as a Health Care Assistant at Walton Community Hospital. Driven by a strong passion to support vulnerable individuals, he steadily progressed in his career, following his true calling in healthcare.

Shridhar Kumar

Field Care Supervisor

Shridhar brings over 5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical pharmacy, and care services to Caremark Egham. With expertise in medication management, patient care, and health economics, He specialise in delivering personalised support in community and home care settings.  Shridhar began his career as a Physician Assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic, working closely with doctors to provide essential care and guidance in challenging circumstances. Combining clinical expertise with compassion, he is dedicated to ensuring every client receives safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Rohail Ishaq

Care Coordinator

Rohail is a trained and registered nurse with a specialization in Urology, bringing over five years of clinical experience from prestigious hospitals. Before joining our team, he worked as a Dental Nurse at Thorpe Lea Dental Practice in Egham. Rohail brings with him a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise, complemented by his charming and fun-loving personality, making him a valuable addition to the team.

Farukh Riaz

IT and Operations Manager

Farukh brings a wealth of experience in IT and operations management, having previously worked as an IT Analyst with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai. He plays a key role in supporting our daily operations and delivering effective IT solutions. Farukh works closely with clients and their families to set up access systems and is always on hand as a friendly point of contact, helping care assistants and clients with any technical issues or troubleshooting needs.
