We love our customers, and they seem to love us too!

My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer only 3 weeks ago. Caremark were appointed to me through the emergency services. They have been so caring, reliable and considerate both to my mum and myself.

It is my first experience of using care assistants and they already feel like my own family. They not only give Mum the care and respect she deserves, they also support me emotionally and offer advice when needed. Also, the managing staff have been so supportive. Thank you for easing this very difficult time for both of us. I would highly recommend them.

I returned home after a hospital visit and found out that online shopping was not available. My main care assistant decided to learn to cook Vietnamese food which is my favourite and he bought some for me. I really like my main care assistant he always goes above and beyond.

I had Caremark for the first time yesterday, and I am very happy I decided to go with them, I was very reluctant to have any care at all, but the manager and care worker have reassured me and my care worker is very understanding. I am only having one call a week at the moment, but will be looking into increasing my care in the future. I cant thank Caremark enough for being so understanding of my concerns and meeting my needs.
