James McCallum

Managing Director

James is committed – together with his team at Caremark Wandsworth – to providing the very highest standards of care and support to enable residents of Wandsworth, who are in need, to live independently and safely in their own homes. To James, providing the highest standards of care to customers means caring for his team of carers to the highest level possible.
It was through observing at first hand the very high quality of care that his father received at home when he became terminally ill, that James decided in 2013 to devote the rest of his career to running his own business in the care sector – by acquiring a Caremark franchise.
James’s background is in financial and general management, following qualification as a Chartered Accountant over 30 years ago. He also has non-executive roles with the following charities: Coram (childern adoption services) and Work Stress Solutions (support for adults with learning/mental health disabilities to gain employment).

Patrick Mouelle

Care Manager

Patrick joined the team as Care Co-ordinator in December 2015, having previously worked as the Co-ordinator at a substantial health centre in Wimbledon. Patrick’s earlier career was in public relations and events management, before he decided to move into a more down-to-earth sector in order to provide psychological support to people facing issues. Patrick is currently studying Family and Couple psycho-therapy at Springfield University hospital in London.

In recognition of his strong performance as Care Coordinator and significant contribution to Caremark Wandsworth over the preceding seven years, he was promoted to Care Manager in February 2023

Dejana Solakovic

Care Co-ordinator

Dejana joined our team as Office Administrator in November 2018. Originally from Croatia, she has lived in London for three years, working in the hospitality industry. She is now looking forward to a change in career, where she can use her administration skills with a care provider to support vulnerable adults. She has a Bachelor of Economics degree.
Dejana was promoted to Care Coordinator in December 2019.

Rachelle Hastings

Field Care Supervisor

Rachelle joined Caremark Wandsworth in December 2023 as a part-time office administrator and a part-time care assistant. She was previously a Field Care Supervisor with a London domiciliary care provider, and has over ten years’ experience in varous care assistant, administration and retail roles. Rachelle was promoted to Field Care Supervisor in April 2024.
