Meet The Wandsworth Team

Maggie Otto
Managing Director
I’m proud to step into the role of Managing Director at Caremark Wandsworth, following the strong foundation laid by James McCallum. As someone with a background in business development and a deep passion for high-quality, person-centred care, I am committed to building on that legacy and taking our service to the next level.
With experience supporting diverse communities — including my time volunteering with Age UK Westminster — I truly believe that compassionate, tailored care can transform lives. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and understanding.
Caremark Wandsworth is now entering a new chapter of growth and renewal. We are strengthening our team, improving our systems, and putting even more focus on the small things that matter most to our clients.
Thank you for your continued trust. We’re here for you — today, tomorrow, and every step of the way.

Patrick Mouelle
Care Manager
Patrick joined the team as Care Co-ordinator in December 2015, having previously worked as the Co-ordinator at a substantial health centre in Wimbledon. Patrick’s earlier career was in public relations and events management, before he decided to move into a more down-to-earth sector in order to provide psychological support to people facing issues. Patrick is currently studying Family and Couple psycho-therapy at Springfield University hospital in London.
In recognition of his strong performance as Care Coordinator and significant contribution to Caremark Wandsworth over the preceding seven years, he was promoted to Care Manager in February 2023

Babatomiwa Jimoh
Care Co-ordinator
Babatomiwa Jimoh joined our team as Care Coordinator in March 2025. Originally from Nigeria and based in London since 2023, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Cyprus and a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management from Chelmsford, England.
With a strong foundation in planning and systems thinking, Babatomiwa made a purposeful transition into the care sector, driven by his desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. His structured, detail-oriented approach has proven invaluable in managing staff rotas and ensuring the smooth, consistent delivery of care services.
His organisational skills, calm presence, and commitment to supporting both staff and clients make him a trusted and valued member of the Caremark Wandsworth team.
