The carer is outstanding with my daughter, she plays with her and makes my daughter laugh.  My daughter trusts her carer and she has ver let anyone wash her hair but with her carer, she feels confident to provide her support.  My daughter has a good rapport with her care and a good relationship.  She always smiles when she sees her carer.

The carers have been excellent.  They are kind and patient and listened to my needs. The supervisor has been amazing and has given me and my family lots of support and information in what has been a difficult time for us

The carer is very kind and is very good at her job as a carer.  She is very intuitive in terms of her ability to provide support and care.  I find her very easy to relate to and feel very fortunate that she is my carer.  She gives the proper and correct advice of how I can manage myself and tasks.

My Mum was discharged from hospital after a stay of nearly two months and the Caremark (Sutton) team looked after her four times a day for a month.  My mum always felt uncomfortable having help of any kind but from when I first met the carers looking after mum I knew she was in good hands. I loved to witness her face light up when the carers arrived, it was a pleasure to see! Every single one of the carers who looked after Mum was wonderful and if it hadn’t become obvious that Mum needed 24/7 care in a home for the stimulation of being around other people, and also, easy access for visitors (she was bedbound an I don’t live nearby) I would have kept Caremark on.  Very happy to recommend them.

I cannot thank the Caremark team enough! The difference you have all made to Dad’s and my own life is immensely appreciated!  You all go above and beyond the call of duty in the care you provide.  Every single member of staff, from the carers themselves to the care coordinators, the managers and all the behind the scenes staff are kind, thoughtful, helpful, friendly, approachable and truly go out of their way to make life as comfortable and dignified as it can possibly be for Dad! You are amazing.  Words just don’t do justice to how very much Dad and I both appreciate you all

I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you for the continuity of care you have provided to my Mother over the years but particularly over the past few weeks.
If I am honest as we went into lockdown I anticipated all sorts of problems but so far you have never let her down. It has been a huge relief to me and my family.
