I would just like to express my gratitude to the team at Caremark who look after my mum’s needs. We are a Hindu Gujarati family living in Bassett Southampton.
Due to My mum having a stroke she has various vital care needs. She is bed-bound due to being half-paralyzed and requires peg feed.

The staff & management at Caremark fully understood my need to have suitable carers to give my mum the personal care she needs.

The ladies who care for my mum day to day are exceptional, they are timely, polite, and caring. Not only do they do the job at a very high standard, but they also enjoy what they do and converse with the family on a friendly level.

I cannot give enough credit to Caremark and in particular, the director Mr. Minesh Patel who runs the Southampton Office. I would urge any Indian, Punjabi, or Pakistani family to contact the adult social services department to refer their family care through Caremark.
