All our clients have chosen to remain living independently at home and need some level of care and support to enable them to do so. Our services ensure their desired level of independence is maintained whilst they continue to live comfortably and safe at home.
We provide a bespoke service, tailored to match your specific needs and preferences as well as your budget.There is no real limit to the type of support we offer. It may be something as simple as a ½ hour domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of care. Where a more intensive level of care and support is required our 24 hour Live-in care service is available.
Whatever your requirements, you can be assured of a quality service, delivered by caring, well trained, care workers who are there to support you in your daily routine, enabling you to live life your way. All our staff are thoroughly screened and checked before they are employed by us. All of our care and support workers are fully trained on-site, DBS checked and are reference checked before working in the community. Our carers are shadowed with Supervisors to introduce them to clients, enabling them to pick up routines, thus creating strong bonds very quickly. We ensure continuity of care is a priority with all of our clients and conduct thorough Practical Inductions with all of our new recruits.
