Rush manages the day to day operational side of the service and ensures that Caremark Sefton meet all of our regulatory requirements. She has a wide variety of experience within the health and Social care sector, excellent standards of customer care and high quality service provision are high in her priorities. Ruth brings a positive approach to her role and passionately believes in the training and development of the team to inspire the possible leaders of the future.

Samantha Mackellar

Field Care Supervisor

Sam joined Caremark Sefton as a Care and Support worker and quickly stood out as one of the rare kind that have a naturally caring nature combined with leadership skills and a desire to help others succeed. She was quickly encouraged to step up into a more senior role as a Senior Care and Support worker and recently into the field care supervisor and has thrived in the position.
Sam combines her role with her studies in Health and Social Care through Caremark Sefton and with her positive attitude and smile she shares the vision and passion for the care industry.

Ros Richards

Training and Compliance Manager

Ros has a degree in Food Technology and has taught this subject in a number of schools in Merseyside. Having initially been a Care Assistant for Caremark, she was appointed the role of Training and Compliance Manager in October 2015 where she can utilise the skills she gained as a teacher.
